“The psyche knows how to heal, but it hurts. Sometimes the healing hurts more than the initial injury, but if you can survive it, you’ll be stronger, because you’ve found a larger base. Every commitment is a narrowing, and when that commitment fails, you have to get back to a larger base and have the strength to hold to it. Nietzsche was the one who did the job for me. At a certain moment in his life, the idea came to him of what he called “the love of your fate.” Whatever your fate is, whatever the hell happens, you say, “This is what I need.”
It may look like a wreck, but go at it as though it were an opportunity, a challenge.
If you bring love to that moment — not discouragement — you will find the strength is there. Any disaster you can survive is an improvement in your character, your stature, and your life. This is when the spontaneity of your own nature will have a chance to flow. Then, when looking back at your life, you will see that the moments which seemed to be great failures followed by wreckage were the incidents that shaped the life you have now. You’ll see that this is really true. Nothing can happen to you that is not positive. Even though it looks and feels at the moment like a negative crisis, it is not. The crisis throws you back, and when you are required to exhibit strength, it comes.
The dark night of the soul comes just before revelation. When everything is lost, and all seems darkness, then comes the new life and all that is needed.”

Not sure who needs to hear this, but one of the worst things you can do to your psychological health and self-esteem is to compare yourself to anyone, be it diminishing yourself in comparison to someone else and what "better" life you think they lead (especially on social media) or feeling superior and "better" compared to someone else.
Both types of comparisons come from the wounded unintegrated ego and are often trauma responses. The vast majority of humans suffer from the disease of comparison. The whole world of consumer marketing is based on it. It breeds envy, jealousy, and gossip and even installs desires that are not your own and won't ever bring you happiness even if they are fulfilled.
Denial of the act of comparison also results in unconscious internalized shame that is buffered up by externalizing judgment and "shit-talking" about others and breeds narcissism. Don't beat yourself up when you compare yourself, especially as you scroll down on any social media feed, as the judgments about other people come up right away in your mechanical thoughts, your positive or negative projection, and the triggers.
Observe it all without judging yourself and trying to change it - just observe it like an objective witness. That is already easier said than done, for most people identify with their thoughts and projections right away like an automated machine. There is no free will in reactive identification and resulting re-action. Conscious self-awareness is needed for free will and conscious action.
A healthy, integrated, and individuated human being has not one ounce of the need to compare within himself. He has no competition. No rival. It doesn't imply that he's always "happy" and content, positive and inspired. Emotional ups and downs are part of life, but the individuated person does not waste his time comparing or gossiping. His eyes are hooked to the Infinite, as Don Juan would say, to the Divine in sincere aspiration.
Nothing comes before Essence or the Divine. Not your partner, wife, husband, children, country, family, friends, your home, stuff, job, etc. Nothing. It doesn't imply that you don't care for them, but you are not identified with them, and you don't use them or see them as the source of your happiness, which only breeds more suffering in generational cycles of suffering.
Once you have the Divine in your heart [the Kingdome within] and are living from Essence, no one can take it from you, and no one and nothing externally can possibly fulfill you. Nothing is a threat to you. Not even death.
This is the next level of evolution many of us are called to embrace, and it's not easy, for it requires a death/rebirth process and unconditional letting go. There are layers of trauma and shadow material to work through and integrate [most of which people are completely unaware of] that keep the door shut to our Essence, and it's a different process for each of us....over lifetimes.
Godspeed.

In the words of A.H. Almaas:
"Suffering always arises when you are out of contact with Essence or seeking something other than Essence. If you value anything - husbands, wives, children, girlfriends, parents, jobs, money, sports, cars, anything at all - over what is true in you, there is suffering. Automatically, that movement outwards - seeking satisfaction from external reality - wounds you. It is a wound to your heart. It is not that the factors of our external lives or our human desires are antithetical to our [Great] Work. Like everything else, they can be respected and understood for what they are. But if they come before Essence, there will be suffering, pain, frustration, and anger."

As more people have taken “the red pill” over the past couple of years, I’ve seen these “controlled opposition/shill/psy-op” accusations being thrown around like candy by people in the so-called “truther community.”
There is a lot of nonsense out there in the “conspiracy world” as well, not just the MSM and official cult-ure. Many truth seekers are stuck in over-simplified black and white thinking – out of body, disassociated, glued to the computer screen. Or they claim that their “intuition” and “feelings” tell them that this person or that event is a “psy-op,” “controlled opposition,” or “shill” without any concrete evidence other than appealing to the "guilt by association" fallacy.
Feelings and perceptions can be very deceptive, and people tend to mistake all kinds of impressions, feelings, perceptions [unconscious shadow projections], and thoughts for their “intuition” or “gut feeling.”
I’m not taking myself out of the equation. I had done it too at times, primarily when I was only focused on external information and not engaged in any sincere self-work. I still have my subjective blind spots because I’m not enlightened, i.e., awake – in the true meaning of the word.
In this day and age of global upheaval, it is also important to zoom out and understand the greater cosmic forces at work in light of the evolution of consciousness: diving deeper into esoteric work, understanding occult/divine laws, esoteric evolutionary astrology, the cycles of the ages, the different levels of being within humanity, the process of soul evolution, and most important understating your own mind, psyche with all its [shadow] projections and unconscious behaviors, i.e., to truly know yourself. The learning never stops, and the mind can become a prison in this information war.
Many “red-pilled” folks tend to project their unconscious shadow and unresolved unconscious stuff externally. They claim to know precisely what is going on with very rigid ideas of what is “true” and what are “lies,” who are the “good guys,” and who is a “shill” and “controlled op” or “psy-op.” Sometimes things can be self-evident, but often, it is not as simple, far from it....

As an Arizona resident, I couldn't agree more with Jon Rappoport's recent article:
Kari Lake, AZ candidate for governor, has the right idea
An open letter to the people of Arizona
by Jon Rappoport
Kari was fuming after the Feds raided Trump’s Mar-a-Lago. And she launched a statement about that. Yup. OK. Fine. But it’s how she moved on from the subject of Trump that really interests me.
Here’s her blast:
“This is one of the darkest days in American history: the day our Government, originally created by the people, turned against us. This illegitimate, corrupt Regime hates America and has weaponized the entirety of the Federal Government to take down President Donald Trump. Our Government is rotten to the core. These tyrants will stop at nothing to silence the Patriots who are working hard to save America. This is an incredibly horrendous abuse of power. If we accept it, America is dead. We will not accept it. The 10th Amendment can and will save our Republic and the road to stripping the feds of power travels right through Arizona. We must fire the federal government…”
The powers of the states. The 10th Amendment. Rejecting the Feds.
As my readers know, I’ve been hitting this issue very hard. Free states. Competitive states.
What can Arizona offer people that Oregon or New Jersey or Montana can’t? I’m not talking about government freebies, I’m talking about a robust economy, freedom from crazy wokey-dokey government officials, and so on.
Yes, reject federal power in every way possible, but also build up AZ as the place to go for American refugees fleeing insane states that resemble China.
I’ve mentioned this before, and here it is again. Open Arizona to healing practitioners of every stripe, licensed or not. The only proviso is: their treatments are not harmful.
You’ll get thousands of practitioners and their prospective clients moving to AZ overnight. The practitioner and client are responsible adults. They sign contracts with each other, swearing that no liability will be attached to the results of the treatments. No law suits. The state government is not involved in any way.
The AZ economy will BOOM.
And the predatory state medical board will be shoved into the background. They can whine and scream to their hearts’ content.
Tear down fed power and build up Arizona power.
Decentralization wins.
We win.
This is not a loophole in the Constitution. This is a 20-lane super highway called the 10th Amendment. Those powers not specially granted to the Federal government are reserved for the states and the people.
Stand on that and take on all comers.

On the law of destiny by Rudolph Steiner
“In respect of karma, everything good, intelligent and true that has been done by a man stands on the credit side; evil or foolish deeds stand on the debit side. At every moment he is free to make new entries in the karmic book of life. It must never be imagined that life is under the sway of an immutable law of destiny; freedom is not impaired by the law of karma. In studying the law of karma, therefore, the future must be borne in mind as strongly as the past. Bearing within us the effects of past deeds, we are the slaves of the past, but the masters of the future. If we are to have a favourable future, we must make as many good entries as possible in the book of life.”
Rudolf Steiner – GA 99 – Theosophy of the Rosicrucian – VII – The Technique of Karma – Berlin, May 31, 1907

Once your ego-personality has exhausted itself [over lifetimes] and realizes the futility of finding any fulfillment, joy, abundance, or even growth via improving the small self, which most self-help programs and coaches focus on, then you are ready to truly individuate and embark on the Great Work.
This path and work are not about manifesting your desires, dreams, a partner, or making millions of $$ as an entrepreneur. It is not about physical security anymore, your family or legacy. It is not about self-actualization and perfecting or improving your personality [which you have mistaken for the true Self].
It requires a level of surrender and letting go, which the hardened ego-personality will resist because "it wants what it wants" with all its social/cultural conditioning, attachments, desires, identifications, demands, and entitlements. This process occurs over lifetimes as the soul ripens and is ready to answer the call.
But here's the tricky paradox; you can't skip any steps. You need to have gone through the full ego development of the small self and inevitable disillusionment before engaging in the Great Work of Individuation, laying the groundwork for Divine Union. Otherwise, there is the trap of spiritual bypassing and over-estimating your level of Being.
This process is different for each of us. Yet, more and more people are being called to individuate during this Time of Transition and the ongoing "split of humanity." And there are forces that try to interfere with this process [of individuation and soul embodiment]...especially through a certain new medical treatment which more than half of the population of the world has received over the past two years.

--------------------
“To begin with, individuation is not a self-improvement program. It is much more than firming up, losing weight, having more positive thoughts, or solving problems and getting on with your life. And, individuation is not self-actualization. The mythologist Joseph Campbell noted that self-actualization is for people with nothing better to do—people who don’t know their personal myth or deeper purpose in life.
The humanistic psychologist Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs for security, prestige, self-development, and even personal relationships are not the primary values a person inspired by their deeper Self, or the thread of their individuation, lives for.
Simply put, individuation is about transformation. It means being willing to embrace a lifetime of full-fledged metamorphosis analogous to a caterpillar becoming a butterfly over and over again.
It means letting go of the defining characteristics that make up our identity for the sake of becoming something further enhanced by the Self, with a capital “S”, the Divine spark within us.
The pain in this process is the pain of breaking through our own limitations. The joy is our increased capacity for living and feeling at home within ourselves, and experiencing our wholeness.”
- Bud Harris, Becoming Whole - A Jungian Guide To Individuation

ETERNAL BIRTH
“The question is about the phrase in which I spoke of the birth of Sri Aurobindo—it was on the eve of his birthday— and I called it an “eternal birth”. I am asked what I meant by “eternal”.
Of course, if the words are taken literally, an “eternal birth” doesn’t signify much. But I am going to explain to you how there can be—and in fact is—a physical explanation or understanding, a mental understanding, a psychic understanding and a spiritual understanding.
Physically, it means that the consequences of this birth will last as long as the Earth. The consequences of Sri Aurobindo’s birth will be felt throughout the entire existence of the Earth. And so I called it “eternal”, a little poetically.
Mentally, it is a birth the memory of which will last eternally. Through the ages Sri Aurobindo’s birth will be remembered, with all the consequences it has had.
Psychically, it is a birth which will recur eternally, from age to age, in the history of the universe. This birth is a manifestation which takes place periodically, from age to age, in the history of the Earth. That is, the birth itself is renewed, repeated, reproduced, bringing every time perhaps something more—something more complete and more perfect—but it is the same movement of descent, of manifestation, of birth in an earthly body.
And finally, from the purely spiritual point of view, it could be said that it is the birth of the Eternal on Earth. For each time the Avatar takes a physical form it is the birth of the Eternal himself on Earth.
All that, contained in two words: “eternal birth”.”
