The “garden variety” psychopath is the psychopath who is “successful” in the sense that he doesn’t get caught. He operates invisibly in society. He looks and acts just like “we” do, going about the activities of daily life, and yet something is “missing.”

One of the worst things that anyone can do to their body is this ☝️☝️☝️

HEALING DEPRESSION

1. Close your eyes. Breath into your body. Notice what you're feeling in your body at this moment.
2. Then, scan your body for an area of your body that feels not good or bad right now. Choose something that’s less than 5 on a scale of 1-10 of discomfort for the purpose of this exercise. Allow yourself to feel that part of your body for a few seconds.
3. Label this difficult emotion in your mind "red".
4. Then, scan your body in order to identify a part of your body that feels good, neutral, or if you're experiencing a lot of difficult emotion all over your body, find a part of your body that feels "less bad". Allow yourself to feel that part of your body for a few seconds.
5. Label this pleasant/neutral/or less bad emotion "blue".
6. Repeat the exercise a few times, finding parts of your body that don't feel good and labeling them "Red" and shifting to finding parts of your body that feel good/neutral/less bad "blue". Go back and forth between red/blue states. This is pendulation.
