“Letting go involves being aware of a feeling, letting it come up, staying with it, and letting it run its course without wanting to make it different or do anything about it. It means simply to let the feeling be there and to focus on letting out the energy behind it. The first step is to allow yourself to have the feeling without resisting it, venting it, fearing it, condemning it, or moralizing about it. It means to drop judgment and to see that it is just a feeling.
The technique is to be with the feeling and surrender all efforts to modify it in any way. Let go of wanting to resist the feeling. It is resistance that keeps the feeling going. When you give up resisting or trying to modify the feeling, it will shift to the next feeling and be accompanied by a lighter sensation. A feeling that is not resisted will disappear as the energy behind it dissipates.
As you begin the process, you will notice that you have fear and guilt over having feelings; there will be resistance to feelings in general. To let feelings come up, it is easier to let go of the reaction to having the feelings in the first place. A fear of fear itself is a prime example of this. Let go of the fear or guilt that you have about the feeling first, and then get into the feeling itself.
When letting go, ignore all thoughts. Focus on the feeling itself, not on the thoughts. Thoughts are endless and self-reinforcing, and they only breed more thoughts. Thoughts are merely rationalizations of the mind to try and explain the presence of the feeling. The real reason for the feeling is the accumulated pressure behind the feeling that is forcing it to come up in the moment. The thoughts or external events are only an excuse made up by the mind.
As we become more familiar with letting go, it will be noticed that all negative feelings are associated with our basic fear related to survival and that all feelings are merely survival programs that the mind believes are necessary. The letting go technique undoes the programs progressively. Through that process, the underlying motive behind the feelings becomes more and more apparent.
To be surrendered means to have no strong emotion about a thing: “It’s okay if it happens, and it’s okay if it doesn’t.” When we are free, there is a letting go of attachments. We can enjoy a thing, but we don’t need it for our happiness.
There is progressive diminishing of dependence on anything or anyone outside of ourselves. These principles are in accord with the basic teaching of the Buddha to avoid attachment to worldly phenomena, as well as the basic teaching of Jesus Christ to “be in the world but not of it.”
Sometimes we surrender a feeling and we notice that it returns or continues. This is because there is more of it yet to be surrendered. We have stuffed these feelings all of our lives and there can be a lot of energy pushed down that needs to come up and be acknowledged. When surrender occurs, there is an immediate lighter, happier feeling, almost like a “high.”
By continuously letting go, it is possible to stay in that state of freedom. Feelings come and go, and eventually you realize that you are not your feelings, but that the real “you” is merely witnessing them. You stop identifying with them. The “you” that is observing and is aware of what is happening always stays the same. As you become more and more aware of the changeless witness within, you begin to identify with that level of consciousness.
You become progressively primarily the witness rather than the experiencer of phenomena. You get closer and closer to the real Self and begin to see that you had been duped by feelings all along. You thought that you were the victim of your feelings. Now you see that they are not the truth about yourself; they are merely created by the ego, that collector of programs which the mind has mistakenly believed are necessary for survival.”

There has been a great imbalance occurring when people engage in self-work these days on the path towards awakening. On one hand, there are many people who only focus on psychological work, dismissing or not being aware of the spiritual reality that we are part of even beyond this lifetime.
Psychological work alone without aspiration to the Divine/connecting to Essence also usually ends up “digging in the mud” without end in sight and is just symptom management. Psychological work also needs to go beyond “talk therapy” or intellectual “analysis” getting caught up in the “story” but processed somatically through the body, preparing the vessel for the Divine to come through, bringing forth the True Self/Essence. In fact, you [and your intellect] can fool yourself that you have healed any issues by intellectually understanding the cause and reason of what happened [the story] but your body is still holding on to it.
On the other hand, there are many people who tend to only focus on spiritual practices without engaging in the necessary basic psychological work and shadow work to heal their childhood wounds and traumas. This leads to what is termed as “spiritual bypassing” using spiritual techniques to bypass our human experience. Spiritual work also needs to go beyond trying to “transcend” the world via escapism but anchoring the Divine right here into our life and body without retreating anywhere but becoming spiritual warriors in service of the Divine.
It’s not either/or, it is both, integral and holistic, working on all levels.
And thirdly, we have people who do spiritual work and/or psychological work but are completely unaware of the matrix forces on a 3D level as well as the 4D occult (hidden) forces that are a part of our multidimensional reality. These hidden forces are what greatly impact and influence the direction of our lives, and of all of humanity in general…

Wow… Though, I personally don’t believe they’re dying from “Covid” but from side effects from the jab and a severely compromised immune system.
Not surprised how this is all coming out officially now and yet no one seems to notice or care. Though I have noticed that those who called others “a danger to society” for not getting the jab have been eerily quiet about that lately.

Most people get into spirituality as an escape from life, which leads to spiritual bypassing.
But for others they get into spiritual concepts to become more deeply immersed in their life, learning how to love the people around them better, be more present, and more attuned to the beautiful heartbreaking radiance that is a human life - that is the goal.
Thinking spirituality is an escape from life is the ultimate trick the controllers have played on you, but a true awakening will make you become more vibrant and alive in such a way that everything you do is an act of love in devotion to the divine.
You fall in love in life itself.
You will bring your whole body and mind and soul into everything you do.
That’s not an easy path, that’s a very vulnerable and open way to be. You will have to be open yourself up to the depths of the human experience and all the heartbreak it contains—at every moment. It’s much easier to pretend you’re in 5d now and above everyone.
But since this is precisely the level of intimacy that the divine engages within us, if we become expressions of that divinity, it will eventually guide us to learn how to love others with the same depth the divine loves us.

Many people don’t have what it takes to “cross the threshold” nor the warrior attitude to commit to The Work and hence try to go back to their “old life” – they keep living “in-between” lives and can’t let go. Some of us may need a few more lifetimes or experience more suffering until our soul is ripe [grown enough] to fully “answer the call”. As it is written, “many are called, few choose to answer the call.” There is no judgment about that for there are many different levels of being within humanity and there won’t be a collective awakening anytime soon. The answer to the call is a full embodied YES that lays no conditions on how the process will unfold for it is in God’s hands.
Grounded humility is necessary to surrender to the Divine and to realize the truth of your Being. Facing the “terror of the situation” within yourself lays the foundation for the Great Work to escape the matrix, and transform yourself and the world. It’s the passage and threshold to unite with the Divine and spiritualize your Being, bringing the soul “to the front” via soul embodiment and living in the real “I”.
This is the descent necessary for the ascent, collectively and personally. It’s a long and oftentimes difficult but necessary process over many lifetimes during this Time of Transition as part of the evolution of consciousness.
The only way out is in and through.

There is this strange uprise and hype of a new[old] dogmatic form of Christianity and new "reborn Christians" rising in the right/conservative movemment like a knee-jerk reaction to the the other extreme side of the atheist Woke Left. Both are rooted in self-righteousness and virtue signaling in their own way. They are unconscious reactions based on suppressed shadow aspects and most often trauma responses, especially since the past 3 years billions of people have become traumatized without realizing that they are traumatized so they latch onto -isms, belief systems, ideologies, etc. to mask up their pain. These people and groups can easily become hijacked by hostile forces. Both are two sides of the same coin and both are traps from a matrix perspective.
This new form of dogmatic Christianity is a also a topic on its one. We've also seen many new "reborn Christians" coming from the New Age [who now "demonize" yoga, astrology and even bodywork..lol) substituting one dogma for another and taking on a new spiritual persona/mask. Lots of spiritual bypassing going on there. I'll write about it soon on more depth, also in light of esoteric Christianity, the real Christian teachings way before the church and corrupted religion with mechanical bible thumping [taking many passages way too literal without understanding the esoteric occult [hidden] symbolism] and distorted the teachings for social control. Interesting times. Careful not to get caught up in the trap of identification.

Divide & Conquer and the Trap of Identification
Divide & Conquer is a term used to describe the ancient game of controlling all sides of a debate/issue/conflict and pitting the human groups involved against one another via the programming of humanity with erroneous beliefs and ideologies.

“When someone openly regards their own systems of thought as monumentally important, they are divulging a deep crack in their own core. An inner struggle is being played out publicly. Still they insist that they are altruistically devoted to just getting the information out, serving as a conduit for sacred knowledge, helping the global awakening, serving the planetary spirit. Or some shit like that.
Many people put an artificial sealing over their work and research, getting stuck in a tunnel vision of topics they keep focusing on, trying to explain everything through it instead of being truly opened minded and looking at the many other angles of our multifaceted reality. Don’t attach yourself to anything you can’t honorably walk away from. Keep free and flexible. Have the courage to discriminate. Learn to know when you are hearing dogma. Know when you are hearing the shriek of the ego.
The power in you is your uniqueness and individuality. How you see and move in the world is a precious bequest to the divine source from where you came and where you go back to. If you walk around any city, you will see people choosing not to control themselves and therefore they become followers, not independent, not individuals, not pioneers, not explorers. It’s an anti-human way to follow.
The biggest threat the establishment has is individuality, people who think for themselves, people who say: no more of this group mentality. I don’t care what they are following. It could be the best yoga, the best spiritual guru, it could be beautiful ancient hindu, german or french texts, whatever. I don’t care. If you are following, you are doing it wrong. The only path is the path of the Individual. That’a what it is all about and what you are here for.
There is an esoteric axiom, all untrue things eventually destroy themselves. Empire, as long as “I” get out of the way, is burning itself out and it’s a natural power of the evolutionary process. In mystical studies you’ll find that this has happened before. It has happened periodically over millions of years, not thousands, but millions of years.
And the message is always, look humans, you are super powerful. It’s divine will, a metaphysical spark of creation within you, call it what you wish. To be here is to grow and explore as an Individual. If we are not doing that, we give that power away, we surrender it, and there are other beings in this world who will gladly take that and do something else with that. And that’s how empire rises.”

"Let difficulty transform you. And it will. In my experience, we just need help in learning how not to run away.
So I’m here to tell you that the path to peace is right there, when you want to get away. You can cruise through life not letting anything touch you, but if you really want to live fully, if you want to enter into life, enter into genuine relationships with other people, with animals, with the world situation, you’re definitely going to have the experience of feeling provoked, of getting hooked, of shenpa [being triggered].
You’re not just going to feel bliss. The message is that when those feelings emerge, this is not a failure. This is the chance to cultivate maitri, unconditional friendliness toward your perfect and imperfect self"

I often speak about SINCERITY in the Work and sincerity as a way of life. It is very difficult to be truly sincere with yourself for you will have to confront the lies, excuses, rationalizations, external blame, and avoidance strategies within yourself.
It's about dropping the mask of pretense getting out of self-importance (inflation) and self-pity (deflation) but see yourself as you are - to become REAL with yourself.
This process entails disillusionment and the initial suffering you'll experience is directly proportional to how much you have identified with the false persona [mistaken for the real "I"] and many different masks you have taken on covering up your suppressed shadow. Many of them are unconscious trauma responses as well.
But disillusionment is a good thing. It means getting rid of illusions and becoming real. But the ego, wounded inner child, and many other parts that you have split off will resist it. The fragmentation also serves as entry points for occult forces to come in.
Only when you have become integrally sincere with yourself and committed 100% without excuses to engage in what has been called the Great Work will you be able to be in integrity and essential embody your true Self without division. But sincerity with self is the first step.
It's an inner aspiration and attitude which opens the gateway to conscience. Once you are truly in touch with conscience you won't be able to lie to yourself anymore and buffer it up with rationalizations.

Almaas said it well:
"Being honest and sincere means confronting our inner experience and our outer life in a truthful way. Being sincere means not lying to ourselves, not rationalizing, not comforting, not postponing, not bandaging difficulties. Being sincere means grappling with our life and coming to terms with it with a sense of integrity and self-respect.
Over time we gain self-respect by grappling with our deficiencies, by learning that we can do it. If we run away from the difficult parts, we’ll feel like a coward. If we feel like a coward, we won’t respect ourselves. And we can’t lie to ourselves about what we’re actually doing; on a deep level, we know the truth. So we have to grapple with the difficulties in a courageous way. That’s how we gain respect and value. If we run away from things, there’s no way we can value ourselves.
To have a sense of integrity, we have to prove to ourselves that we’re worthy of it. I don’t mean we have to prove something to our superego. I mean we have to bring forth what we are, bring forth all our resources to confront the difficulties that we have in our life. As far as I know, we can’t become real, can’t become truthful embodiments of reality unless we take the risks to live that way. We must make the necessary sacrifices to be and to live that reality.
It’s not likely to happen that you sit there meditating, have wonderful experiences, and then suddenly you’re a real human being. Living according to the truth requires sacrifices and risks.
The Work is a self-confrontation, an attempt to be more and more truthful and sincere with yourself. We gain integrity and value by living according to the truth. The Work is not separate from being real, from living our lives. The Work simply guides us about how to go about living life in a real way.
For me, it’s sometimes much more satisfying to say one real word to somebody than to go on a vacation and have fun. Pleasure and relaxation are necessary and important, but it’s much more valuable to me if I can confront a situation squarely, and be what I can be in that moment."

"Knowledge of self, if it is not matched by knowledge of the world “out there”, feeds a subjective vision and interpretation of the world, limited by our experiences, our routines, our illusions, our prejudices, and our social conditioning.
To escape, to find the way out from this sea of suffering, one needs to see the world as it is, without any blinders. Unfortunately, knowing that certain members of the flock will always attempt an escape, those at the top who benefit from our ignorance, the evil shepherds, knowledge of whom forms part of this necessary knowledge of “out there”, have erected many fences that must each be broken through on the way out.
We are caught in a labyrinth, where paths that appear to lead towards the exit will double back at the last moment and leave us even more deeply entrapped; where teachers who claim to know the way out will leave us even more lost in illusion because we think we are seeing clearly when all we see is our own subjectivity enshrined as Truth.
Some of these teachers are sincere, being themselves deluded. Others are truly spiritual predators feeding off of the thirst for truth and knowledge of their followers. Whether sincere or conscious predators, they serve the same purpose, keeping the flock hypnotized and imprisoned.
This pernicious idea of Inner Peace as presented by many teachers ensures that people who have started to ask questions, who are drained by the horrors and suffering of the world, and of their own lives, will continue to feed those predators around them by developing an ability to tap into a hidden source of energy or bliss.
A fixation on the Present – in the particular context of limitation to “right now” – blinds us to our past experience and the application of our lessons to the current moment and the consequences in the future. Knowledge defined as emotional certitude, freezes us in ourselves, locking us away from those people who may be able to see us more clearly than we can see ourselves, thereby closing off any hope of escape.
Any or all of these teachings can be accompanied by techniques designed to produce an altered state in the seeker, a state of altered consciousness that triggers certain neuro-chemicals that “feel like” bliss and this then serves to reinforce the idea that the teaching is “good” and “real”.
The goal of any esoteric work must be that of objectivity, first in our understanding of ourselves, and then, as our filters and programs are dislodged, of the world. A true esoteric teaching will, therefore, not only focus on “Know Thyself”, but will also provide knowledge about the reality of our reality. If one or the other of these aspects are missing from a teaching, then you can be certain that it is incomplete, and an incomplete teaching, even if through ignorance of the teacher, even if unconscious, is dangerous."

"The scope, frequency, and distribution of the sightings make the popular extraterrestrial (interplanetary) hypothesis completely untenable... Many flying saucers seem to be nothing more than a disguise for some hidden phenomenon. They are like Trojan horses descending into our forests and farmfields, promising salvation and offering us the splendor of some great supercivilization in the sky... Do the ultraterrestrials really care about us? There is much disturbing evidence that they don't. They care only to the extent that we can fulfill our enigmatic use to them...The real truth is that the UFO cultists have been played for suckers for years, not by the government, but by the phenomenon."

INTUITION, FEAR OF MAKING "BAD" DECISIONS, AND OCCULT HOSTILE FORCES
Many of us have a fear of making wrong decisions, i.e. "mistakes". The root of this fear may have originated in childhood. It would help to meditate on when one has first experienced this fear of making mistakes, most often related to being punished, bullied, put-down, discouraged, or simply "not being seen" by our care-takers.
But making no decisions (because of fear) is actually "worse" than making a "wrong" decision. It can keep one stagnant, stuck and stay chronically in a place of indecision. Indecisiveness or making decisions without true commitment (one foot in, one foot out) can also open doors for occult attacks/interferences who take advantage of the internal misalignment/contradiction
That's also how occult forces interfere in relationships if not both partners are committed 100% (it's about commitment to growth.) I've seen this pattern over and over again in working with clients. In short, with any decision, it's either a “100% yes!" or a "100% no!" (at some point anyway, without rushing into anything.)
The key in all that is not making a decision from the head via a mental process but via embodied intuition. However "just trust your intuition" is easier said than done for we can mistake all kinds of thoughts, feelings, triggers and projections for intuition (a feeling is not intuition), especially if we're disconnected from our body and can't still the mind.
Here's where higher knowledge comes in, understanding that in the end there are no such things as mistakes or bad decisions. It's just your conditioned ego-mind with its extremely limited black and white perception that judges it as this or that.
All there is are lessons. In fact, the ego is even afraid of making "good" decisions that are necessary for soul growth but can get us into uncomfortable situations which the ego doesn't like because it lives in fear and wants "security" and “comfort” at all cost, which is an illusion anyway. It is addicted to pleasure at the avoidance of pain.
It can also keep us from stepping into our own power with an unconscious fear of "success", even though your true self couldn't care less about what we define as "success" in the 3D world. In fact, success from an ego perspective with all the 3D matrix temptations (sex, money, power) could vector you away from essence as you keep looking externally for love, fulfillment, and happiness.
In other words, your ego (personality), and wounded self may want one thing, but your soul (essence) has different needs. It's also very important to understand that following your intuition doesn't mean that there won't be any challenges and only "good" experiences. If you go by that you will keep getting disappointed and will keep staying in fear of making any decisions.
In fact, a seemingly "bad" experience based on a decision you made may actually lead you to something much "better" in the light of soul growth and aligned with your true Self. But your mental self can't possibly see any of that for it cannot perceive wholeness and is caught in the tunnel vision of linear time.
So, as you can see, there are a lot of paradoxes and contradictions and it can get you stuck in analysis-paralysis if you try to analyze it mentally, hence, again, learn to make decisions via tuning within, into your body and intuition, and not from your head.
This may not be easy at first because when you go inside you'll also encounter all kinds of things you don't like to see/feel at first (and tried to escape from via dissociating and head-centric living) but it all needs to be felt and released in order to tap into true intuition and the (higher) guidance of your true self/psychic being.

"If you are wishy-washy, agnostic, and conservative in your decision making, perhaps because you’re afraid of making mistakes or being definitive, you will receive constant attacks because you’re straddling the fence and that is where you’re most easily tipped over to either side by the least amount of force.
STS [Service to Self Occult Hostile Forces] attack the weakest link at its weakest moment, and being irresolute about your decisions creates just such an opportunity for them.
It is better to make a firm decision and be wrong (as then the results show that you have been wrong and you can easily reverse the mistake) than to fear ever being wrong and thus become wishy-washy (which makes you uncertain of everything and totally undisciplined in your progress)."
