The real issue in this the dark age of materialism [and obsession with the physical body] is the distortion of sexual energy, the normalization and promotion of “casual sex” and just following “sexual desires” [without questioning where they come from] and lower desires [lust] in the tinder hook-up culture, the sexualization of children, porn, etc., and a complete lack of holistic sexual education [and I don't mean the demonic Woke-type groomer education].

Only have sex for pleasure when the woman is not ovulating which is only a few days a month. No pill, no condom needed. And yes men, pull out in time and/or learn non-ejaculatory orgasms.
Definitely don’t have sex under the influence of drugs and alcohol otherwise you’ll potentially bring in other entities and "something else" takes over your body.
But most of all, control your sexual urges. I don’t mean suppressing them [bad idea] but sexual energy is creative energy. It can be expressed in may other ways way beyond the physical act of sex.
Work on your traumas and childhood wounds, Most hyper-sexual women and men have been sexually abused as children.
The “free love” hippy movement with the advent of the pill pushed sexuality to the other extreme where anything goes anytime with anyone.
The New Age and neo-Tantra movement along with polyamory has also distorted the true meaning and practice of Tantra which is way beyond sex, achieving “orgasmic bliss” and is just most often "spiritualizing" sex addiction..and on and on it goes.

What It Really Means To "Take The Red Pill"
[...] Once you face “the terror of the situation” within yourself and the automated mechanical nature of many of your feelings, actions, and behaviors where there is no “free will,” you will also see this robotic mechanical behavior in others. You will notice that most people are unconscious automatons driven by unconscious trauma and wounding, conditioning, and programming.
You see how people suffer, but they don’t know that they are suffering as their pain is masked up and suppressed, shoved deep into the unconscious, and hardened in the body-mind. Billions of people are sleepwalking, dreaming of being awake.
At the same time, you don’t look down at them anymore, for you can see the same mechanical nature, shadow, and trauma responses within yourself. You will have deeper and more authentic access to compassion and empathy but without blind compassion. You learn to make boundaries and become more selective and discerning about who you let enter your life.
But you also realize the true “horror of the situation” and how far away we are from any “collective awakening”.
You also realize the futility of looking for any significant change externally – a new system, any new -ism, or any political, social, institutional changes – all of it is useless as long as it is coming from people who are not aware of the true nature of their Being but live mechanically and automate under the influence of the “General Law” [the esoteric description of the matrix forces.]
It’s a humbling experience. It is dark, disturbing, yet liberating and enlightening at the same time. It’s impossible to put it into the limited constructs of language and words. Once you cross that threshold and start to “see the unseen”, there is no turning back to your “normal” life.
At that moment you really took the “red pill”. It will prioritize what truly matters in your life. You won’t waste time and energy anymore on the trivialities of official mainstream cult-ure and you cannot relate to the goals, pleasures, and desires you had in the past. You realize that they were stemming from your conditioned personality.
It is the starting point of the process of individuation where you will also need to face isolation, loneliness, and alienation as part of the process to escape the sleepwalking consensus state of humanity. This phase of alienation and isolation are lessons to test the sincerity of the seeker.
They have been symbolized in many esoteric metaphors of “crossing the moat-threshold” to “enter the Kingdom” with guardians providing riddles and tests for the soul that wishes to find and realize itself and leave the “wilderness” of the matrix.
Many people tend to get stuck in this stage. The alienation and loneliness can make people become hardened, cynical, and nihilistic, and they tend to blame the world for their misery in a victim mentality. They get caught in doom & gloom, negativity, and self-pity, and they resist the necessary [internal] death-rebirth process to individuate.
This resistance and inability to face oneself can also tempt the seeker to go back to “the wilderness of the matrix” as it was symbolized in the first Matrix film when the character Cypher decided to take “the blue pill” to go back to the illusion of the matrix. He made a deal with Agent Smith [symbolizing a Faustian Packt with the Devil] who granted him all the materialistic riches, fame, and popularity that consensus people cherish, worship and are tempted by as well.
Individuation is a necessary stage before we can embark on deeper spiritual/esoteric work to spiritualize our being. Embarking on the process of Individuation is “taking the red pill” from an esoteric perspective. [...]

It’s a humbling experience. It is dark, disturbing, yet liberating and enlightening at the same time. It’s impossible to put it into the limited constructs of language and words. Once you cross that threshold and start to “see the unseen”, there is no turning back to your “normal” life.
At that moment you really took the “red pill”. It will prioritize what truly matters in your life. You won’t waste time and energy anymore on the trivialities of official mainstream cult-ure and you cannot relate to the goals, pleasures, and desires you had in the past. You realize that they were stemming from your conditioned personality.
It is the starting point of the process of individuation where you will also need to face isolation, loneliness, and alienation as part of the process to escape the sleepwalking consensus state of humanity. This phase of alienation and isolation are lessons to test the sincerity of the seeker.
They have been symbolized in many esoteric metaphors of “crossing the moat-threshold” to “enter the Kingdom” with guardians providing riddles and tests for the soul that wishes to find and realize itself and leave the “wilderness” of the matrix.
Many people tend to get stuck in this stage. The alienation and loneliness can make people become hardened, cynical, and nihilistic, and they tend to blame the world for their misery in a victim mentality. They get caught in doom & gloom, negativity, and self-pity, and they resist the necessary [internal] death-rebirth process to individuate.
This resistance and inability to face oneself can also tempt the seeker to go back to “the wilderness of the matrix” as it was symbolized in the first Matrix film when the character Cypher decided to take “the blue pill” to go back to the illusion of the matrix. He made a deal with Agent Smith [symbolizing a Faustian Packt with the Devil] who granted him all the materialistic riches, fame, and popularity that consensus people cherish, worship and are tempted by as well.
Individuation is a necessary stage before we can embark on deeper spiritual/esoteric work to spiritualize our being. Embarking on the process of Individuation is “taking the red pill” from an esoteric perspective. [...]

"The human organism is constituted by two fundamental functions which Gurdjieff calls "essence" and "personality." Essence is what we are born with; it functions as the raw material for the entire being. Each person's essence includes the physical body, its genetic endowment, energy, and energy metabolism; the core or inborn capacity for emotions, sensations, and thoughts; various external influences said to reach us from near and far such as planetary vibrations [evolutionary astrology], influences present in the immediate environment at conception, during the fetal stage, and at birth.
As we grow, our essence is molded by cultural influences. There are two general directions of growth possible for essence: it can mature along the lines of its inherent nature and potential, or it can become blocked in its maturation and hence form something that works against its inborn potential. Essence would evolve, Gurdjieff implies, in societies where essential practices and values predominate, such as sincerity, love, truth, compassion, knowledge, and so on.
Personality, in contrast to essence, encounters the world like a persona or mask. It functions as the surface or periphery of the organism - its membrane - and in this sense serves an integral functions. When essential values determine the course of maturity, essence shows itself through the personality. In this sense, therefore, personality is "true", i.e., a direct reflection and expression of essence. In a mature person, essence and personality form one continuous "I", which is to say that the person is unified. [individuated]
When non-essential practices and values determine the path of maturity, such as egoism, vanity, arrogance, envy, hate, jealousy, lying, false pride, and so on - and Gurdjief says that for thousands of years and practically every culture this has ben the case - essence becomes molded into a false personality in which the many different and often contradictory [false] "I"s form at the surface while the [real] "I" expressive of essence remains buried beneath the crust in a state of immaturity.
Personality can vary in strength as well as in the degree of its falseness. He claims that a certain amount of strength or development of personality is beneficial for one who wishes to work on himself in that it takes a certain amount of strength to deal with the difficulties inherent in such work, such as the need for discipline, learning to focus attention, accumulation of material goods and money when necessary, and so on.
When essence and personality do not develop harmoniously - when personality is mostly false - Gurdjieff says that they can want very different things. It is essence, for him, that represents a person's true needs. If this is the case, then only when essence develops is true happiness possible.
With respect to relationships between the sexes, for example, he says that it often happens that people come together from false personality, marry, and live their entire lives while hating one another in essences. Essence, he says knows what it wants but can't explain it. Personality, when false, and when it is not in contact with essence, makes choices that are not in accord with essence needs. For this reason, when inharmonious essences mate, there can be no real happiness.
Development of essence at the expense of false personality cannot be ignored without serious consequences, for it is the basis of genuine happiness. This implies that if we do not fulfill our potential and awaken we not only remain ignorant and unevolved, but we can never be truly happy - we can never be essentially happy.
The aim of the [Great] Work then is to dissolve false personality and awaken essence. Essence, on this account, awakens naturally when the many "I"s of the false personality dissolve. As false personality melts and essence awakens and repairs itself, the personality becomes true, it becomes a genuine expression and reflection of the essential self and leads to real happiness."
