THE NEW AGE SPIRITUAL BYPASS OF LOOKING FOR "ADVANCED MODALITIES"
It's always a red flag for me when people claim they have already done all/enough shadow, trauma, or inner child work and are looking for "more advanced techniques/modalities". You can also waste a lot of time and energy when shadow work or any kind of sincere self-work is not done/applied in the right manner. I've seen people progressed more in two years of dedicated and sincere shadow work compared to people who claimed they've done it already for 20/30 years.
Also, it's nothing you do on the side. It's what you do 24/7 all the time with all the ups and downs, ascend and descend. The Work is a state of mind, being, and life. Everything else centers around it for you [your true Self] understands that the Great Work is the only way out of the matrix essentially.
There are also many distortions out there since shadow work has become so hyped, or the process is only intellectualized and not somatically processed - a very common trap I got myself into when I first started. There is also only so much self-work and shadow work you can do by yourself since you will get caught up in your subjective blindspots, lies to the self, rationalization, and habitual mechanical patterns.
The Work keeps continuing and refining. You are "done" with it until you are a fully spiritualized individuated being, i.e. "enlightened" in this life [if you're "lucky"] or future lifetimes as you prepare the soul for full integration, and even then the journey continues until we have fully transcended death as Divine Gnostic Beings in some distant "future". But the process of true individuation comes before deeper spiritual work, hence the epidemic of spiritual bypassing with people over-estimating their level of Being and (self)-awareness.
We can see the lure of spiritual bypassing which appeals to the ego-personality in the New Age/fringe/truth movement with many people getting hooked on all kinds of questionable techniques, teachings, and modalities to "upgrade" their "DNA", "light body", "circuits" to "ascend to 5D", etc. including many questionable techniques of "entity removals" etc. without having ever engaged in sincere psychological somatic inner work [trauma, childhood wounds] to close/heal the entry points where these forces tag into.
Moreover, unconscious trauma is most often also the result of people easily identifying with being a "lightworker", "star seed", "wanderer", etc as the wounded [insecure] ego [and wounded inner child] feeds off of it to feel "special" and takes pride of "not fitting in." That is not to say that there is not truth to these concepts but the wounded ego can easily hijack them for its own purpose.

The more I work with myself and others the more I realize what masters we all are at 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
Study yourself.
Your motives.
Your justifications.
Your judgements.
Your expectations.
Your split energy.
Your pettiness.
Your jealousy.
Your ill wishes for others.
Your disingenuous tendencies.
Your secret efforts to manipulate and control others.
𝗚𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽.
Be radically willing to notice unlovely patterns within yourself.
Get 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 with yourself.
Become intensely curious about how you keep ending up in familiar situations.
If you’re not shocked by what you see, you’re not doing it right.
If you think you’re a “pretty good person” who doesn’t do these kinds of things, you are in a 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.
The way out of the maze of human confusion is through the uncomfortable 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 of these sneaky, deceptive patterns.

THE HEALING PROMISE OF INTEGRATIVE BODYWORK
Receiving bodywork consistently (about twice a month) for the past 25 years has been the key practice for me for somatically processing any stuck emotions, grounding, clearing, and nervous system regulation besides the obvious physical benefits to keep your body in shape. Plus it boosts your immune system too via flushing out toxins.
Having been a professional bodyworker for 20 working on thousands of bodies, I’ve seen and experienced the healing potential of good deep bodywork. It goes way beyond “pampering”.
I highly recommend it making it part of your self-care routine…..especially during this Time of Transition of accelerated energies…preferably only receive bodywork from unvaxxed therapists. Vaxxed bodyworkers are clearly not in touch with the somatic intelligence and wisdom of their bodies…plus the potential of “shedding” and energetic repercussions.
——————————————-
“Like road construction, your nervous system is being rebuilt, widened, and strengthened to accommodate an increase of data, like traffic moving through your body. When you face an experience that is out of the norm, that does not fit into the category of the known, your nervous system tends to shut down. Your body goes into shock, unable to process the out-of-ordinary reality.
As energy increases on the planet, blocks in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies are magnified. Unexpressed feelings and ideas create obstacles to the flow of energy, whose purpose it is to connect you. You must help the process by being responsible for who you are.
Wherever you have a prejudice or difficulty – “I don’t want to know that. I hate this about myself. I don’t like that.” – you can trust that the magnifying glass will be put over it.
You will squeal and squirm until you get it right. And if you don’t, you will manifest the block in the form of a difficult challenge. Everything is intensifying in order to teach people about responsibility and maintaining a clarity of purpose and intent. Utilizing different modalities of bodywork in this day and age is key to your survival. Pursuing avenues of discovery through bodywork facilitates and quickens the recognition of your identity.
What is coming up now are the things that originally blocked you from perceiving reality. These are the parts of your emotional body in which the highway system was severed and the information could not flow, so you moved into pain and translated the emotional pain out of your physical body. We recommend to all of you that you receive bodywork.
Bodywork simply involves bringing energy from outside the cosmos into your body, infusing it with your other bodies-mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual – and making the energy grid fit. Where the energy grid fits and you don’t block cellular memory and you allow – energy to step into your body, the energy moves through your chakras and feeds your body its data.”

“Without adequate tactile input, the human organism will die. Touch is one of the principal elements necessary for the successful development and functional organization of the central nervous system, and is vital to our existence as food, water, and breath.
Our genetic blueprints are only the starting point of our individual development. The kind of conditioning we receive and the kinds of conscious choices we make play tremendous roles in our physical growth, our acquisition of skills, our health and maturity, and our aging.
All our body’s tissues are, then, a great deal more “plastic” and responsive to change and improvement throughout our lifetimes than we normally assume. Far from being “fixed” and “determined” by our biological inheritance, we are all still “works in progress.”
There is no sensation or emotion that is not translated into a muscular response of some kind; these feeling states are the primary bases of our habitual postures and our individual patterns of behavior.
Bodywork, by using tactile input, can actually re-educate and re-program the organism into becoming more coordinated, more flexible, and more appropriately responsive – literally more “intelligent”. A body/mind system that is integrated in this fashion will be more able to resist depression or disease, more able to attend to and repair itself in times of stress or injury.
Various ancient and contemporary forms of bodywork go far beyond temporary pleasure or relief and actually alter conditioned responses, chemical balances, and structural relationships. That is, bodywork has the potential to deeply change and improve the given state of an individual.
Nothing is more essential to lasting positive change than self-awareness; it is the prerequisite for self-control. Bodywork is a direct and effective way to increase this awareness within an individual.”

BLIND COMPASSION
“Blind compassion is rooted in the belief that we are all doing the best that we can. When we are driven by blind compassion, we cut everyone far too much slack, making excuses for others’ behavior and making nice in situations that require a forceful “no,” an unmistakable voicing of displeasure, or a firm setting and maintaining of boundaries. These things can, and often should, be done out of love, but blind compassion keeps love too meek, sentenced to wearing a kind face.
This is not the kindness of the Dalai Lama, which is rooted in courage, but rather a kindness rooted in fear, and not just the fear of confrontation, but also the fear of not coming across as a good or spiritual person.
When we are engaged in blind compassion we rarely show any anger, for we not only believe that compassion has to be gentle, we are also frightened of upsetting anyone, especially to the point of their confronting us. This is reinforced by our judgment of anger, especially in its more fiery forms, as something less than spiritual; something to be equated with ill will, hostility, and aggression; something that should not be there if we were being truly loving.
Blind compassion reduces us to harmony junkies, entrapping us in unrelentingly positive expression. With blind compassion we don’t know how to—or won’t learn how to—say “no” with any real power, avoiding confrontation at all costs and, as a result, enabling unhealthy patterns to continue. Our “yes” is then anemic and impotent, devoid of the impact it could have if we were also able to access a clear, strong “no” that emanated from our core.
When we mute our essential voice, our openness is reduced to a permissive gap, an undiscerning embrace, a poorly boundaried receptivity, all of which indicate a lack of compassion for ourselves (in that we don’t adequately protect ourselves). Blind compassion confuses anger with aggression, forcefulness with violence, judgment with condemnation, caring with exaggerated tolerance, and moral maturity with spiritual correctness.
Those of us who practice blind compassion generally spiritualize our misguided tolerance and aversion to confrontation, confusing being loving with putting up with whatever anyone does and never judging them, no matter what. Even clearly abusive behavior on the part of a spiritual teacher may be excused as an opportunity for students to grow in their practice.
We are so afraid of our darker aspects that we keep trying to paint them over with our best qualities, not realizing that our narrow ideas of proper “spiritual” expression limit our ability to respond appropriately and robustly to life.”

THE TRAP OF EXTERNALIZATION: THERE IS NO PLACE "OUT THERE" TO ESCAPE TO - SOMETHING MUCH BIGGER IS HAPPENING
1/2
Costa Rica is now requiring the K0vit vacks and is starting to implement the vacks passport. In the words of President Carlos Alvarado: “We have to give time for the people who remain to get their two vaccines. As of December 1, there will be no excuse.” Costa Rica’s form will be similar to the European Union’s Digital K0vit Certificate. [see link in previous post]
This is no surprise to me. As I mentioned already over a year ago (and even 5 years ago); what is happening right now on planet earth will affect everyone. There is nowhere to escape to/from. I'm not just referring to the totalitarian globalist NWO agenda which will all affect all countries eventually to varying degrees.
There is something much bigger happening and if you only focus on the 3D Matrix, only focused externally, stuck in pure physical survival instinct, trying to run away to be somewhere "safe" and "secure" you will be greatly disappointed in the long run and you'll miss a much bigger opportunity during the Time of Transition which was prophesied by various esoteric teachings.
Even "paradise escape/retirement" places like Costa Rica, Bali, Thailand, Mexico, and others are affected by it and essentially in the hands of the NWO. They will be pressured to follow along as it's already happening (Bali requires the vacks certificate to enter).
Interestingly, we had quite a few people from Bali and Costa Rica apply to the next round of our group coaching program "Time of Transition: Embodied Soul Awakening" recently. A few of them shared how things are not as easy and "paradise and peaceful"-like as they thought is was going to be when they escaped from Europe, the US, or Canada. Living costs in these places are starting to get higher than even in Europe or the US [used cars are way more expensive than in the US.] Keep in mind that smaller countries will also be potentially more affected by supply chain issues. These places are also starting to get overrun by desperate "first world" folks.
Also, living in places where you don't speak the native language fluently can be very challenging. Yes, growing your own food and being self-sustainable is also a great idea that I fully support but many people easily romanticize this lifestyle and don't know how much work and time it actually requires. But also that alone won't help you in the long run from what is really happening.
I'm not implying that location doesn't matter. Laura and I talked about this topic in-depth in one of our podcasts and even we "escaped" LA last year, moving to Arizona and it was an excellent decision, but we are not deluded believing that we are even fully "safe" here. "Safety" is not the point. The point is to be where you NEED to be according to your soul drive, lessons, and purpose and not according to the conditioned desires/preferences of your ego-personality.
Hence, it is of utmost importance to tune into your inner guidance, intuition, and divine guidance to know where you truly need to be and where to go. For some people, it actually means staying where they are. Hence, I'm also not a fan of telling anyone what they should do or where they should go or even have to go at all since it's a HIGHLY individual choice based on many factors in light of the evolution of consciousness and individual soul lessons/growth.
But "trusting intuition" or "trusting yourself" is very tricky for we can easily mistake all kinds of impressions and feelings for intuition which are not intuition. "Trusting oneself" can also easily be mistaken for the wounded/conditioned ego-personality stuck in hope/fear and not coming from the true undivided Self.
Hence, wherever you are, NOW is the time to engage in the Great Work for the only way out is in and through. The opportunity I'm speaking of is a complete transmutation of your Being and alignment with Divine Will which is essentially your true divine Essence and deeper soul purpose for being here.

But accessing essence and your true soul being is easier said than done, and again, we can mistake all kinds of impressions, desires, and feelings for our soul - the fake desire-soul as Sri Aurobindo called it.
However, know this: "Alignment with Divine Will and your soul essence" will interfere with the desires, preferences, attachments of your [unconscious] conditioned/wounded ego-personality which most people mistake for their real "I", hence many people travel or move but really unconsciously try to escape from themselves.
Moreover, to truly trust your intuition and inner guidance you need to be connected that real part in yourself, and this can only be accessed by engaging in the Great Work, the continuing inner work which also implies deep shadow work which is far from comfortable for you will have to face a lot of stuff you avoided your whole life (and lifetimes) and also facing the lies you tell yourself. It requires sincerity, commitment, and self-responsibility.
But the more you do this work, the more you make decisions and actions based on your true Self in alignment with Divine Will which, in turn, will create positive change in the world as well and it will be exactly where God needs you to be and do His work. It may be big or small from your ego perspective, but it doesn't matter. You will also receive more guidance and support in unexpected ways as you are in the flow of the Tao.
The "worst" thing you can do right now is making decisions out of fear and desperation and only focused externally. The matrix forces want you to stay externally focused to act out of fear to feed their negative timeline, so be very honest and aware of how you make your decisions and why.
The Divine Light is also anchoring itself during this Time of Transition and it will bring everything out of the shadows, be it in the world or within yourself, regardless of where you are or want to be.
But in order to truly anchor and carry the Divine Light within you, you need to remove all of that is in the way to embody and integrate your true soul being as a transducer for Divine Will. Any conditioning, programming, blindspots, shadow aspects, wounds, and traumas will be used by the occult matrix forces to align with their negative timeline regardless of where you are.
No one can do this work for you and as the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water but not make it drink from it. It's time to answer the call of your true soul/essence and not the fears and desperation of your personality. Stop fearing the world or any doom & gloom scenarios and start living from Within. That will be your trusted guide.
This work and these times require a warrior attitude for the real battle is within and through you. A battle for your soul.
As it is said, the Kingdom of Heaven/God is only to be found within. That is the ONLY safe place and once you are connected to that real part, all your decisions and actions are aligned with that as you become a transducer of Divine Will...wherever it may lead you to be in the world in whatever location or right where you are now..and this is also how we defeat the anti-divine forces and create a world based on Truth. We still have a long way to go.
I say it again, we are at a decisive moment in human history that goes way beyond trying to find a location "away from the craziness" or a "safe place". Much more is at stake and more is needed from you. There is a way up or a way down as the Hopi said. Your choices affect the whole world so be aware of where your choices are coming from: fear [matrix] or love [Divine]
Godspeed. 🔥💜🔥

Godspeed. 🔥💜🔥

"How we feel about ourselves, whether we respect ourselves, determines the quality of our life, our capacity to succeed in work, relationships, healing, and intuitive skills.
Self-understanding and acceptance, the bond we form with ourselves, is in many ways the most crucial spiritual challenge we face. In truth, if we don't like ourselves [not in a narcissistic way, but healthy self-love], we will be incapable of making healthy decisions.
Instead, we will direct all of our personal power for decision-making into the hands of someone else: someone we want to impress, or someone before whom we think we must weaken ourselves to gain physical security. People who have low self-esteem attract relationships and occupational situations that reflect and reinforce this weakness.
The stronger our spirits become [embodiment], the less authority "linear time" can exercise in our lives, [and the more we get in touch with our intuition and inner guidance].
Intuition is neither the ability to engage prophesy nor a means of avoiding financial loss or painful relationships. It is actually the ability to use energy data to make decisions in the immediate moment. Energy data are the emotional, psychological, and spiritual components of a given situation. They are the "here and now" ingredients of life, not nonphysical information form some "future" place.
But intuitive guidance does not mean following a voice to the Promised Land. It means having the self-esteem that the discomfort and confusion that a person feels is actually directing him to take charge of his life and make choices that will break him out of the stagnation of misery.
If a person suffers from low self-esteem, she cannot act on her intuitive impulses because her fear of failure is too intense. Intuition, like all meditative disciplines, can be enormously effective if, and only if, one has the courage and personal power to follow through on the guidance it provides.
Guidance requires action, but it does not guarantee safety. While we measure our own success in terms of our personal comfort and security, the "universe" measures our success by how much we have learned.
So long as we use comfort and security as our criteria for success, we will fear our own intuitive guidance because by its very nature it directs us into new cycles of learning that are sometimes uncomfortable.
I learned through experience to discern the difference between personal and impersonal impressions; my indicator of an accurate intuition is lack of emotion. For me, a clear impression has no emotional energy connected to it whatsoever.
In developing your skill [of intuition] in your own life, you must trust your gut responses - a fact I cannot emphasize enough."

“Trigger reactions involve projection. We see ourselves in others but think it is entirely about them, not about us.
In projection we are looking into a mirror of ourselves. It helps to use the analogy of viewing a movie. We feel attracted to or repelled by one of the actors. But the actor is not there!
We are gazing at a picture of our own attractions or repulsions. We are doing the same thing the projectionist is doing, projecting. The difference is that he is doing it without being triggered by what he sees.
Most of the time a trigger hinges on what we imagine or believe. We imagine that what is happening is serious, threatening, sometimes even having life-or-death importance or consequence.
For instance, if our ego has become indignant, we might believe the other person does not respect us as he should. Our belief can be, and often is, illusory. An experience can be carried over from the past and projected onto someone in the present.
Serious triggers hearken back to early trauma. Since triggers happen in the primitive brain, a recollection of a past moment seems totally real in the present. This is how they retraumatize us.
When the original painful event occurred, we were unable to express our indignation. It was unsafe to show our feelings. We dissociated ourselves from them. Our reaction to a trigger in the present finally enacts our original but stifled scream of fear or anger.
A trigger gives us a chance to experience fully in the here and now what was interrupted in the past. This is how the trigger experience can help us. The psyche, always on the lookout for an opportunity to heal and integrate, catches onto a trigger so that our original incomplete experience can be finished at last.”

Giving people tools to work with their triggers consciously THROUGH the body is one of our passions and it is something we focus on in our group program "Time of Transition: Embodied Soul Awakening". Triggers are one of THE most important tools you can use for self-healing and self-knowledge (especially in polarizing and chaotic times like these!)

AUTHENTICITY VS. INAUTHENTICITY
We start living an inauthentic life when we fall into the trap of comparison and are very concerned about what other people think of us and the way they see us, resulting in a people-pleaser program and a lack of boundaries.
We then build a fake persona to appear a certain way based on the social image we’d like to portray. We then start to identify with our external ego-personality and create a further disconnect from our true self/essence.
Any feelings and emotions that contradict the ideal image we have of ourselves then get pushed into the unconscious. This also results in suppression of our wounds, traumas and “negative” emotions which we don’t like to feel, express, and show.
Authenticity doesn’t mean to just express any desire or compulsion we may have or act out from our neurotic narcissistic ego—it means to act from our true self.
Therefore, genuine authenticity means to be in touch with our inner self; our body, our feelings, our spirit; and express this essence through the instrument of the ego-personality.
We then don’t shy away from pain and discomfort but see it as a sign to adjust, engaging in inner work without trying to escape or fill our internal emptiness through external means. There is no division between our outer and inner life.
Inauthenticity is based on an internal split; a contradiction between how we act, what we say and do, and how we feel internally. When we get stuck in inauthenticity, we lose our inner guidance connected to essence/the Divine.
Inauthenticity is also the result of head-centric living and disembodiment, it is a state where we live disconnected from the wisdom of our bodies. The more severe the body-mind split, the more we look externally for happiness, guidance, and fulfillment. Most people live inauthentic lives because of social and cultural conditioning.
The goals, desires, needs and wants they have and the lives/careers they pursue because of these needs/wants/desires, are most often not their own based on who they truly are within, but have been programmed into them via official cult-ure and/or are the result of trying to fill their emptiness/holes within based on unfelt wounds and trauma (that they might not even be consciously aware of).
These needs/wants/desires are also based on growing up in a world where pathology has become normalized, and their programming from growing up in this toxic culture. These conditioned/programmed goals and enjoyments in life serve as buffers to avoid facing the pain they are holding on an unconscious level. They don’t know who they are and don’t know that they don’t know.
There is no true individuality on that level of being but only mechanical living under the illusion of free will; influenced by group/hive mind mass consciousness and matrix occult forces. Over time, living an inauthentic life can result in depression and even illness and dis-ease—no matter how much care you may take of your physical body with the prescribed “right” diet and exercise.

The Necessity to Surrender to the Divine and Spiritualize the Being
We are in a birth canal during this Time of Transition. It may take another hundred or thousand years depending on many unknown factors and our willingness to "heed the voice of the Divine" and consciously engage in this process of the spiritualization of…
❤1
We don’t learn from history [be it any hidden or official history] because an intellectual understanding of it is useless if it is not matched with the individuation process of shadow integration which is part of the Great Work. Hence, “history repeats” in different disguises as “fate” because we try to fight shadows on the wall as in Plato’s allegory of the cave.
The revolutionary impulse at any given time and age gives some relief and some apparent “change” but only on the surface and only in the short term. Gurdjieff called this deception the trap of the revolutionary mind because it is a mechanical revolt by masses of people who are not conscious, let alone engaged in any conscious self-work. There is no change in Being and consciousness.
It is always much easier to project evil/darkness externally and not facing your own darkness and the lies you tell yourself about yourself and your life. The battle within requires a much braver and more courageous warrior attitude than any battle “out there”.
This doesn’t mean refraining from outward action. Far from it, but it needs to come from within, grounded in the real “I”, and not the conditioned/wounded ego-personality which is easily mislead, tempted, and manipulated.
This mechanical revolt is also what the matrix forces and 'powers that be' calculate on with their classical Hegelian Dialect tactics of Problem-Reaction-Solution, feeding right in the matrix agenda while the people believe to revolt against it. It’s also the trap of the activism mindset or just trying to protest and signing petitions, calling your senators, etc.
We will “repeat history” in endless time loops over lifetimes and lifetimes like in a frequency prison caught in the illusion of change until a significant part of humanity starts to look within sincerely and begins the Great Work of the ages. Any blaming, complaining, and victimizing will only prolong the inevitable...and waste a lot of time and energy while feeding the matrix forces, literally and figuratively speaking.
We don’t get to move on until we have learned our [soul] lessons, individually and collectively.
Godspeed ⚔🔥⚔

"Spiritual/New Age practitioners who endlessly affirm the light while ignoring the shadow are one more example of yet another style of falling under the spell of wetiko. It's a beautiful thing to visualize and affirm the light, just not as an unconscious or fearful reaction against the darkness.
Many metaphysical "light workers" are actually caricatures of genuine spiritual practitioners, as in their affirmations of the light are unwittingly avoiding conscious relationship with the darkness within themselves. Thinking that they don't want to "feed the darkness" by putting their attention on it, in their turning away from and avoiding their own darkness, they are unwittingly reinforcing the very evil from which they are fleeing.
Looking away from darkness, thus keeping it unconscious, is what evil depends upon for its existence. If we unconsciously react, as compared to consciously respond, to evil by turning a blind eye toward it - "seeing no evil" - we are investing the darkness with power over us."
- Paul Levy, Dispelling Wetiko
----------------
“The ability to hold Light is directly proportional to the courage to see darkness. Choosing to see just one creates distortions and illusions. It amazes me that something so simple and common sense can be so difficult to even discuss with ‘spiritual’ people who insist on remaining ‘positive’.
Actually, this avoidance is based on unacknowledged fear that their inner light might be somewhat ‘dispersed’ by seeing darkness and therefore not giving the light much credit at all. I think there’s also fear that they might somehow become ‘tainted’ or the darkness might ‘manifest’ in some form in their lives.
But the opposite is true; it is the fear, especially unacknowledged, that has much more chance to manifest than darkness exposed to daylight and investigation. Just like we must be fearless about our own inner shadow, we must also be fearless about seeing this huge shadow of humanity. Or we will have the power to transform precisely nothing, within or without.”
