It's always a red flag for me when people claim they have already done all/enough shadow, trauma, or inner child work and are looking for "more advanced techniques/modalities".

Or many people in the New Age/fringe/truth movement get hooked on all kinds of questionable techniques to "upgrade" their "DNA", "light body", "circuits" to "ascend to 5D", etc. including many questionable techniques of "entity removals" etc. without having ever engagedd in SINCERE psychological somatic inner work to close/heal the entry points where these forces tag into.

The "spiritualized" ego [and wounded inner child] feeds off this "spiritual materialism" and self-importance where people over-estimate their level of being.

Integrity, Sincerity, Determination, Decisiveness, Will , Effort and Dedication with unbending Faith and Trust are the attributes of the spiritual warrior necessary to engage in the Great Work during this Time of Transition.

Many people talk about it and maybe dabble is some self-help psychological stuff , New Age spiritual bypassing, drink some aya, and engage in some spiritual practices here and there or jump from teaching to teaching engaging in spiritual materialism but not many people are sincere enough WITH THEMSELVES to fully commit to the Work on ALL levels and what is necessary to “cross the threshold” as it is called in esotericism.

There is no middle ground in the Work. It’s either a full embodied dedicated 100% YES to answer the call for only then will the Divine respond in like. That is the true meaning behind the esoteric phrase” Knock and knock and you shall receive”. It’s a test for the sincerity of the seeker.

The people who have experienced the biggest breakthroughs and transformations in our Embodied Soul Awakening program were the ones who had/have these attributes and fully committed to it without thinking twice from the day the signed up. It didn’t matter how many years of “experience” they already had. You can waste 30 years of “doing self-work” or shadow work when it’s not sincere (or based on distorted superficial teachings) and you can delude yourself that you “progressed”.

What most people do not understand is that the moment you want to truly awaken, to find your true self, and engage in this Work, there will be immense unconscious resistance from your ego and wounded/traumatized parts, your shadow coming up (anything you suppressed) with all kinds of excuses and rationalizations of why you “can’t do it right now” as well as occult forces trying to distract you, tempt you, and vector you away from the Work to keep you in chains and asleep while you “dream to awaken”, staying in the comfort zone of personality slumber.

Again, all of these are tests to test the seeker for all there is are lessons. Some people then see this resistance as “signs” that they should not do do it which is a classical example of New Age corrupted ideas. You need to push through the resistance and not just “go with the flow” or do whatever you “feel like” doing. Intuition is not a feeling.

I’ve seen it time and time again with many people we’ve worked with. There is a vast difference between people who walk the talk and fully commit or just talk about it and superficially engage in it. It separates the wheat from the chaff, especially nowadays where the word “awake” is so hyped and mistaken for just being aware of the basic 3D aspects of the matrix.

Crossing the threshold and opening the “door” to “heaven” [which is within you] can only happen via sincere efforts - super efforts that are necessary to counter-act the forces within and without that try to keep us asleep and plugged into the matrix.

This also means the necessity to “pay with yourself” and get your priorities straight. If there is anything more important in your life than the Great Work and the Great Awakening, then you are not ready for it. Period. It doesn’t mean to disengage from life. Far from it. You engage in life MORE infused with purpose, will, dedication, inspiration, and even true JOY but ALL aspects of your life are centered around the Great Work.

In fact, it can be even more dangerous and detrimental to engage in it half heartedly for the path becomes razor sharp and you are literally entering a battle, hence the necessity of the warrior attitude. In other words, if it is not a 100% yes, then it’s a no as the door will be kept shut until the soul is ready in another lifetime maybe to commit fully.

As in anything in life and especially on this path towards awakening, there is nothing for free and you only get as much as you are willing to give with your own efforts and sincerity to YOURSELF. No one else can do it fo you.

Many people say they want to awaken but what they really mean is to be “happy in their dream life” and they want the “awakening” go according to their own terms as Adyashanti once said and hopefully not disrupt their lives too much…as if you [ego-personality] can bargain with the Divine and dictate how your “awakening” is going to look like. Good luck. It’s not going to work out well. I tried it and I had to eat humble cake many times as the Divine brought me back to my knees via tough Grace.

There is a HUGE difference between self-help style personality development to help you “manifest” your [unexamined and mostly conditioned] desires and the Great Work to find and realize the Truth of your Being which will help you fullfiull ALL desires [without attachment/craving], ironically. Neither is better of worse, just be aware of conscious what you do and do not lie to yourself.

Eventually ALL roads will lead to the Great Work after lifetimes and lifetimes once the true soul being is developed enough to makes its voice heard deep within and answers the call and override the cravings, attachments and addictions of the personality.

During this Time of Transition many souls have incarnated for this very purpose to engage in the Great Work at last. It’s an immense opportunity not despite of the “craziness” in the world but because of it. Friction is necessary for alchemical transmutation of Lead into Gold…of matter into Spirit.

So seize the opportunity and remember your mission. 🙏

We will end up feeling victimized by the other person or by our self – and even when we feel victimized by the other person we blame our self for the choices we made. We are set up to fail to get our needs met in Romantic Relationships because of the belief system we were taught in childhood and the messages we got from our society growing up. There is no goal to reach that will bring us to happily-ever-after. We are not incomplete until we find our soul mate. We are not halves that cannot be whole without a relationship.

True Love is not a painful obsession. It is not taking a hostage or being a hostage. It is not all-consuming, isolating, or constricting. Believing we can’t be whole or happy without a relationship is unhealthy and leads us to accept deprivation and abuse, and to engage in manipulation, dishonesty, and power struggles. The type of love we learned about growing up is an addiction, a form of toxic love. As long as our definition of a successful relationship is one that lasts forever – we are set up to fail. As long as we believe that we have to have the other in our life to be happy, we are really just an addict trying to protect our supply – using another person as our drug of choice. THE LAND OF TRUTH - A Sufi parable

A certain man believed that the ordinary waking life, as people know it, could not possibly be complete.

He sought the real Teacher of the Age. He read many books and joined many circles, and he heard the words and witnessed the deeds of one master after another. He carried out the commands and spiritual exercises which seemed to him to be most attractive.

He became elated with some of his experiences. At other times he was confused, and he had no idea at all of what his stage was, or where and when his search might end.

This man was reviewing his behavior one day when he suddenly found himself near the house of a certain sage of high repute. In the garden of that house, he encountered Khidr, the secret guide who shows the way to Truth.

Khidr took him to a place where he saw people in great distress and woe, and he asked who they were.
"We are those who did not follow real teachings, who were not true to our undertakings, who revered self-appointed teachers," they said.

Then the man was taken by Khidr to a place where everyone was attractive and full of joy. He asked who they were.

“We are those who did not follow the real Signs of the Way," they said.

"But if you have ignored the Signs, how can you be happy? asked the traveler.

"Because we chose happiness instead of Truth," said the people, "just as those who chose the self-appointed chose also misery."

"But is happiness not the ideal of man?" asked the man.

"The goal of man is Truth. Truth is more than happiness. The man who has Truth can have whatever mood he wishes, or none," they told him. We have pretended that Truth is happiness, and happiness Truth and people have believed us, therefore you, too, have until now imagined that happiness must be the same as Truth. But happiness makes you its prisoner, as does woe."

Then the man found himself back in the garden, with Khidr beside him.

"I will grant you one desire," said Khidr.

"I wish to know why I have failed in my search and how I can succeed in it," said the man.

“You have all but wasted your life," said Khidr, “because you have been a liar. Your lie has been in seeking personal gratification when you could have been seeking Truth."

“And yet I came to the point where I found you," said the man, “and that is something which happens to hardly anyone at all."

And you met me," said Khidr, "because you had sufficient sincerity to desire Truth for its own sake, just for an instant. It was that sincerity, in that single instant, which made me answer your call."

Now the man felt an overwhelming desire to find Truth, even if he lost himself. Khidr, however, was starting to walk away, and the man began to run after him.

You may not follow me," said Khidr, "because I am returning to the ordinary world, the world of lies, for that is where I have to be if I am to do my work."

And when the man looked around him again, he realizes that he was no longer in the garden of the sage, but standing in the Land of Truth.

Did you seriously think "awakening" is going to be a walk in the park where all of a sudden you are in love and light and bliss with angels playing harp around you?
Well, maybe if you took the New Age Pill at some point, engaged in spiritual bypassing, and mistook your DMT or mushroom trips for "awakening".

But those childish immature days are over. We are not girls and boys anymore building sandcastles. Nor is the process of awakening going according to how "you" think or want it to be with all your expectations and entitlement. It's beyond your little ego's control.

We are called to be spiritual warriors in service to the Divine, taking on the dark forces within and without - with courage, determination, humility, love, knowledge, faith, and trust.

There is work to be done and as with anything in life, you only get as much as you are willing to put the effort in and pay WITH YOURSELF.

Nothing is "FREE" in the entire universe, not even freedom. There is a price to be paid for everything - a sacrifice, to give yourself completely to the Divine without bargaining.

How sincere are you with yourself? How much are you willing to give and pay with yourself? How much do you lie to yourself?

I put that mirror right on myself too, every single day.

Deep down inside you know that you have been waiting for this moment your entire life but not fully realized yet.

So, join the pilgrimage with 100% commitment, without complaining, and without looking back.

Burn in the fire of transmutation. Die to your old self; descend into the darkness within and without and ascend to the Light; join the inevitable battle with the Forces of Darkness and illuminate it all with the eternal light of the Divine shining through YOU.

FUD - Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt gets the best of people during these times. That's how the matrix really hijacks your mind and spirit working though you and letting these energies affect you negatively especially with the FEAR frequency which activates the mechanical survival instinct of the lower animal nature and also opens up entry point of the hostile forces to feed off of it, sucking your life force, and increasing even more FUD via thought injections. It can be a vicious cycle.

While I'm all for external physical preparation with common sense, it can easily turn into neurotic paranoid "prepper" mode for the mind can attach to all kinds of "Doom & Gloom" scenarios projected into the future. Are these thougths really "yours"?

Now, more than ever, is the time to truly apply all your spiritual and psychological tools and practices to stay grounded, embodied and REJECT any FUD from your consciousness so you don't make decisions based on FEAR.These times are also a test for how sincere you have been in your inner work. If you don't have any "inner" tools, NOW is the time to learn and apply them. As long as you are in FUD with an activated nervous system and in your head trying to "think" about what to do, you are cut off from you intuition, inner guidance and the "unspoken" voice of your true self deep within.

Know Thyself - then you know what to DO, where to BE and what to focus on. It may go against what your mind is telling you. Most importanly, be compassionate with yourself. 💜

THE HORROR OF OUR HUMAN SITUATION AND “BEING SHOOK” OUT OF IT by Red Hawk,

i.e. no matter what happens in the world "out there", have you ever sincerely confronted the "horror of the situation" [Gurdjieff] within yourself, i.e. your shadow? Nothingwill change externally fundamentally unless we have faced ourselves without looking away and bring forth the undivided non-attached true Self:

“Anyone who practices self-observation faithfully, without judgment or changing what is observed, with ruthless self-honesty and a relaxed body, will sooner or later come to the point of horror. It is guaranteed. It is the law. It is my experience. This is what I am calling “being-shock” and it is overwhelming.

I see that I am a total, helpless slave to my psychology and that it will never change. The only thing that can ever change is my relationship to what is observed: without identification. The habits, the patterns enacted over and over again since childhood, go on ruthlessly in me without regard for the effect they have on my life, my relationships, and my well being. They will never end; they will never change; they will never stop. It is not their place to stop; something else must stop in me.

To see this truthfully is horror. And it is this horror which awakens the being from its unconscious paralysis, which it has been in since life overwhelmed it as a small child. As a child, I was compelled to comply with a definition of reality which was in direct contradiction to my feelings, my senses, and what I intuitively understood. Failure to comply meant loss of love.

Now, after years of self-observation, I realize at this crucial, life-changing point that if I do not take responsibility for my life, my thoughts, my emotions, my habits, and the functions of the human biological instrument, then I will go to my death enslaved and identified with my madness. I will live a mammal’s life and die a dog’s death. Something has to stop. It is now clear that the intellectual-emotional-complex will not stop. The only possibility is that my identification with it cease, “cold turkey” as Mister E.J. Gold has called it.

The habits are a tape-loop which runs endlessly in the intellectual-emotional-complex. This loop is used by the labyrinth (the intellectual-emotional-complex) to capture and consume attention, upon which it feeds to maintain its life and its cycle. Without my identification, the labyrinth cannot maintain its continuous tape-loop. It cannot enact its programs.

The only thing which can change in this cycle is my relationship to it = non-identification with its patterns and with my blind spot = self-hatred.

Identification can stop. This is a conscious being-choice. The only “progress” is seeing and feeling the pattern as it takes place = self-observation without judgment or identification. When I have seen it enough, I begin to understand that it is not ever going to change, it will go to the grave repeating its programs and consuming attention.

When I understand this not just intellectually but also in the emotional center, when I not only see it, but feel it deeply—the horror and the shock of the horror—then there can happen what is called “being-shock” in which the inner sleeping, unconscious being steps forward to take its rightful place in the human biological instrument and assumes responsibility for its learning and its life.

As long as the being is not conscious of itself, it cannot see what is consuming it. If I see it, I don’t have to be it. But first I have to see it 10,000 times or more before I understand that I am not the patterns I am observing: this is the awakening of intelligence.

Being-shock is not simple change, it is a move to another level of existence, another reality; it is a change in being in which the Work becomes the active principle and the psychology and the functions of the body, most importantly including the intellectual-emotional-complex, become passive, waiting to serve. [👆continued from above 👉] When the Work is the active principle, basic goodness emerges. Virtues arise. The being assumes responsibility for taming and training the mammal, a function which before this has been performed by the master, the teacher.

Being-shock only happens when both intelligence and conscience have been awakened in the being. When intelligence has been awakened, I see clearly what is needed and wanted and I understand the implications of what I am seeing. I make intelligent choices.

When conscience is awakened, I can feel the shock of horror deeply because I have become sensitized by conscience into feeling suffering. I am no longer numb. When the suffering of conscience reaches critical mass then the shock of horror has the effect of awakening the being. This is transformative.
I become consistent and reliable when this happens, because I am no longer driven by habit but by attention to what is needed and wanted in the present moment. I begin to behave appropriately, no longer manifesting inappropriate emotions.

Now, mastery of mood and of the body’s functions is possible because the intellectual-emotional-complex has been transformed from master to willing servant. Unnecessary thinking no longer dominates the head-brain. This is called “stopping the world” in the ancient shamanic traditions.

The beauty of this transformative being-shock is that the being which emerges from its hiding is simple, not complicated. It is not cunning or devious. It is not divided, it is a single entity. It trusts reality because it is real. It does not endlessly repeat the same worn and tired, non-functional, unworkable patterns or habits. It is a presence and it operates in the present efficiently. It is a human being. It is sane.”
