“We need to have a talk about the differences between legitimate authority and practical power. If you haven't already thought through these issues and how you'll apply these principles, there's very little time left to catch up. So let's talk.
This applies to all sorts of authority, but I'll use myself as an example. As a naval officer, I have certain authorities over subordinates. If I tell Petty Officer Somebody to sit in the corner and suck his thumb for an hour, I've just attempted to exercise control over him.
You'll be relieved to know that I don't have the legitimate authority to do this. Depending on the Sailor, however, there's an outside chance I could get him to do it. If he does, the nature of our relationship both has and has not changed in two terribly important ways.
Just because he did as I told him, I didn't magically gain the legitimate authority to force him to degrade himself for no purpose other than my spiteful pleasure. What I did magically gain, though, is practical power to do so. How? He gave it to me.
Today the President, our public servant most profoundly and most conspicuously obligated to support and defend the Constitution, flagrantly violated it by attempting to force private enterprises to impose his administration's preference for vaccination.
He does not have the legitimate authority to mandate this preference. The Executive Branch does not make law, and whether such a law made by the Legislative Branch would be upheld by the Judicial Branch is far from certain.
But that's irrelevant. He does not have the legitimate authority to do what he said he's doing today. And here's the kicker - and it's vitally important that you understand this - even if everyone complied, he still wouldn't have the legitimate authority.
Even if everyone complies, they'll only have given him the practical power to violate the Constitution, treat the Presidency like a monarchy, and wage war on those citizens and businesses he despises for resisting his edicts, but he'll never acquire the legitimate authority.
If you've never had a basic education in civics, here's a one-sentence crash course: citizenship isn't just your enjoyment of a host of luxuriant liberties; it's also your participation in the ready defense of those liberties from the unending stream of threats against them.
So what does this mean for you? If you're a business owner, refuse to comply with these edicts. That doesn't mean only hiring 99 people. That would lend practical power to this iniquity. Hire as many people as you can afford and fight any attempts to punish you.10/xIf you're worried about legal costs, make your stand public now. You will be flooded with the support of people who will happily crowd fund your legal bills. Make connections, mount class action suits, build a sturdy corporate resistance visibly. Don't wait.
If you're an individual and you face termination over a private medical decision, do not quit your job under any circumstances. Make them fire you. Document every communication, record every conversation, put everything on the record. Sue them, and sue them hard.
Whatever you do, do not comply. The President has abdicated his responsibility to support and defend the Constitution. Do not give him the practical power to get away with it. You're much too old to sit in the corner and suck your thumb. It's time to #DISREGARD.”

Pluto return of the US is entering its pivotal moments in history. My sense, so far, is the states will turn against the federal government like the patriots turned against British rule. Good news amidst the chaos. But interesting to read some the comments of the original thread on Wendy Roger's Telegram. People who are anti BTC or anti crypto in general and in even push for fiat paper money, and being attached to the Dollar or just Gold, spewing all kinds of conspiracy nonsense about Crypto have no idea how it works nor any understanding about blockchains, DeFi, etc. Ironically I have done the same though, years ago, way before I did sincere research and made efforts to understand the technology, networks and incredible minds behind some of the crypto projects (way beyond just trying to make $$ via trading) and working through my assumptions and projections, i.e. It can literally help billions of people to achieve independence from the Fed, IRS, IMF, and inflationary paper fiat money, etc. But it will be a battle and a war between the globalist economic financial take-over and Decentralization without the need for banks..... and we have a long way to go. 👇

If you focus all your attention on what Biden & Co. are doing and not on the response it's creating out there in the real world, you are really missing what's happening. WE ARE WINNING AND WE ARE GOING TO WIN. These mandates are unenforceable, unconstitutional and when 26+ states refuse to comply, people will see Biden has no way to force their compliance. You'll see people spinning scenarios where the military comes in or the police or whoever to round up people and stick them in camps until they can be handcuffed and dragged off to get vaxxed. The USA is not Australia and never will be. There are 400 million guns in this country. Using force to make millions of Americans get vaxxed is a fantasy and it will remain so.
