I remember watching this clip last summer in 2020. Very prophetic. The truth and agenda in a simple nutshell.
THE DAY THE POLICE WERE NO LONGER
“China, August 19, 1966 - Chinese students launched a fight for social justice to fight for the rights of the oppressed in China. It was believed the 'patriarchal system' in China had been created by the 1% and held down women, minorities, and the working class.
The students cried out for a revolution and change, and consequentially launched the infamous Chinese Cultural Revolution.
Students put a red band around their arm to stand in solidarity with the oppressed and called for a change on old ideas that they called the FOUR OLDS. The Four Olds were: Old Customs, Old Culture, Old Habits, and Old Ideas.
The movement was supported by the Chinese media.
Mass demonstrations and looting by the students ensued.
Statues were torn down.
Chinese architecture was destroyed.

Wealthy homes were attacked and destroyed.

All of history, in short, was to be removed and replaced. This was the central meaning of Cultural Revolution: That China was going to destroy every trace of its bourgeois (privileged) past and replace it with a new culture built on the principles of Maoism and Marxism.
Communist leaders like President Liu Shaoqi were taken out of power and replaced with men Mao believed were not critical of his reign.
Public leaders who were considered to be oppressive were tried by angry mobs and vigilantes.
Three days later, August 22, 1966, a central directive was issued to stop police intervention.
The police were disbanded in the city and the students formed a community solution called the RED GUARD. The RED GUARDS policed the communities and punished anyone who did not agree with their ideas.
Even people that supported the movement, but had bad thoughts ("wrong thinking") could be punished.
Though many Christians supported the movement in the beginning, they quickly became the number one target of the RED GUARDS and public trials were held to condemn them to death.
Many of those that were on board with the cause of the rebellion, in the beginning, saw that it was not really what they had signed up for, but by then it was too late. The power that the Red Guard wanted had already been given.
More people died during the cultural revolution in China than any war, famine, or natural disaster in the history of man. An estimated 20 to 30 million people were killed.”

Most people - including well-meaning "truther" folks, speaking out trying to "wake up" others about the lies, propaganda, and matrix programs - do not realize that the splitting of humanity is at full force. There won't be a collective awakening by any stretch of the imagination. The separation has been prophesized by various esoteric traditions and it is part of the evolution of consciousness.
There have always existed two types of humans, souled and soulless humans indistinguishable from the outside and nothing to do with color or status. In the esoteric Christian tradition (not to be confused with the mainstream Christian religion) they've been called adamic man and pre-adamic man. I've written about it in the depth with many resources in my essay "Organic Portals - Soulless Humans".
This knowledge is imperative to understand during this Time of Transition so we don't keep fighting shadows on the wall or try to reach people who cannot be reached. It can be heartbreaking because they can very close friends and even within your own family.
I said it before, this is not the time to spiritually bypass with sayings like "let's not be divisive, we're all in this together". No, "we" are not all the same.
It's time to stop throwing pearls in front of swine but unite with your soul/spiritual family and engage in the Great Work to make this Transition successful which is an internal state of Being to anchor the Divine within so we can ward off a possible cataclysm as it happened many times before.
Sri Aurobindo and the Mother also warned of this possibility - the Dark Night of civilization and the possibility of complete destruction to repeat the human cycle, i.e. the DIvine pressing the "reset" button, the REAL "Great Reset" based on Divine Law, nothing man-made.
Super-efforts to engage in the Great [esoteric] work are needed by the "spiritual elite", i.e. the spiritual warriors and souled beings who came here to participate, the Children of Light as they are called in Gnosis. The transformation doesn't happen by itself and it certainly doesn't happen just by posting on FB or trying to convince others by information or by physical preparation alone. [P.S. All the crypto/assets in the world are not going to help you if you do not engage in the Real Work necessary to help this Transition turn out positive].
Time to step up to the plate and heed the voice of the Divine. You know who you are.

Man has only himself to blame for the greatness of the effort needed: this is a result of his obstinate refusal to heed the warnings that have been addressed to him time and again by the Divine Voice, just as he continues today to blind himself to the fact that the Deluge of Fire is being made ready; that it is now technically feasible and - it must be said - morally possible.
This final cataclysm, towards which humanity is advancing so blindly, can only be avoided by the conscious super-efforts of the spiritual elite, especially by young and enthusiastic elements of the present generation and those which follow it, whose esoteric predispositions will make them fit to assume key positions in all races and in all nations.
Neither the most marvelous technical progress nor a greater refinement of the intellectual faculties will be enough to enable us to remedy this state of affairs, which is still deteriorating.
Before the Earth can enter the Era of the Holy Spirit, the Time of Transition must reach a successful outcome, and this outcome will, in turn, depend on a positive answer to a whole group of problems which will be solved by the appearance of the New [spiritualized] Man.
As we have seen already, because of the Principle of Equilibrium, humanity on this earth is divided into two equal parts; adamics and pre-adamics. The equilibrium between them is automatically adjusted to follow fluctuations of the incarnations of adamic souls.
However, if the adamic race, by casting its pearls to the swine, denies its divine nature to an inadmissible degree, this balance will be broken in favor of the tares.
If the adamics en masse abandon the combat that leads to Redemption, and if this desertion goes beyond the tolerance allowed, the good seed could be progressively stifled by the tares.
The world would then go straight toward catastrophe, which this time would take the form of a Deluge of Fire. On the other hand, if the equilibrium, which is already jeopardized, were reestablished, then, with the integral and simultaneous incarnation of adamic souls, the Time of transition would end and humanity would enter the Era of the Holy Spirit."
