At this point, anyone in the health/healing/spiritual/wellness community who does not use their “popularity” and social reach to speak out against any aspects of the pathological woke ideology [including the racist Critical Race Theory] is complicit even by being silent about it. It's a litmus test for their conscience, level of embodiment, and if they value truth, integrity, and dignity over self-interest [career, money, fame] and mob pressure [public image, being concerned what others think of them] based on post-modern cultural Marxist brainwashing. That’s my unpopular opinion on it seeing how this dangerous anti-divine woke virus keeps infecting the world and the minds of people and will have the most devastating effects on children for generations to come.
No one ever said this was going to be easy. There was a time people died for liberty, truth, and freedom. Now people are concerned about being attacked on social media, "canceled", and lose friends. Fear is how people are controlled and fear is the frequency of the matrix. As long as we have not conquered our fears, and are afraid to be authentic and speak our truth and stand up for truth and counter-act the anti-divine forces, we not only let evil and the occult forces take over humanity but we also diminish and disempower ourselves at the same time which cuts us off from our god-given talents, gifts, joy, abundance, beauty, and creativity.
This is war and a spiritual battle. At some point, we'll have to face it and ourselves, be it in this lifetime or the next ones. All there is are lessons and we don't get to move on until we learn our lessons. It's not just about speaking out but engaging in the necessary inner work at the same time so we become more and more aligned with who we truly ARE in alignment with Divine Will: spiritual warriors.

I have written back to SANDS about the Gabor Mate talk above quoting the racist work of “somatic abolition” and they basically replied in fluffy spiritual gaslighting language that I am probably just triggered and I should watch the talk which will explain more about WHY I’m triggered. lol.
But I already did check out more of the “somatic abolitionists” work and he basically says if you get upset by his work and what he says it’s your “white supremacy” that’s getting triggered. So I already know what he will say. Lol.
For the record, I’m more just kind of disappointed that Gabor Mate would promote racism and/or bows woke mob, but it really didn’t hurt or bother me that much on an emotional level. I can respect people and what they teach while not projecting on him an infallible guru image.
Also, as someone who practices somatic therapy myself I’m used to combing through these modalities to find the golden nuggets and discard any parts which are not useful to me, critical race theory is part of that. Most of these somatic modalities are infected with dogmatic social justice theories but that doesn’t mean they dont hold value as well in their basic functions.
It’s very important we do not throw out the baby with the bathwater here because there is very valuable work in the field of somatic psychology that could really help people, and if we are so black and white with our thinking we could actually be throwing out something that could really be helpful us. Okay, I'm watching the talk with Gabor Mate and the dude who talks about "somatic abolitionism" literally just said that on Jan 6 at the Capitol there were "people walking through the halls looking to kill and hang people, defecating and peeing in the halls, and wearing tshirts that said "auschwitz was a good idea"...."That's officially a more insane interpretation than AOC's. Hahahah WTF..
Ok I watched a bit more of the talk but it was too much nonsense for me to even tolerate as the guy was just talking out of his ass while Gabor Mate just went along with it, not challenging any of it.
