if someone wants you, they should want you on days when they’re busy, tired, distracted, and still make space for you. it shouldn’t only be late night texts, half-hearted compliments, or conversations that end the moment their mind feels light. you are allowed to stop replying. you are allowed to stop fighting for people who don’t show the same care.
