Oxford, England: Residents keep sabotaging the new LTN barriers, which were installed without their consent.
'LTN' stands for "low traffic neighbourhood", and it's a way of gradually acclimatising people to having their freedom of movement restricted (and fewer and fewer cars on the road), in preparation for their 15 minute prisons.
