Do you know about โfake it till you make itโ? ๐
โFake it till you make itโ means to consciously cultivate an attitude, feeling, or perception of competence that you don't currently have by pretending you do until it becomes true.

Once upon a time, a wise and noble king invited a distinguished guest to his palace for a grand feast. As they enjoyed the beautiful evening in the palace garden, the kingโs loyal servant brought a jug of fresh milk to serve the guest.
High above, a fierce battle was taking place between a snake and an eagle. In its struggle, the snake spat venom, which fell directly into the jug of milk. Unaware, the servant poured the milk into a cup and offered it to the guest.
Tragically, moments after drinking the milk, the guest fell lifeless to the ground. The king was devastated and sought to understand who was responsible for the death of his guest.
So, who do you think is responsible?
๐ธ The King โ for inviting the guest and providing the hospitality?
๐ธ The Servant โ for serving the milk?
๐ธ The Snake โ for releasing the venom?
๐ธ The Eagle โ for causing the snake to release its venom?
๐ธ Fate/Circumstances โ for the unfortunate series of events?
Share your thoughts below! Let's discuss how we perceive responsibility and causation in complex situations.

Do you know why its called 'Vecu'?
Because life's too short not to track if youโre feeling like a ๐ or a ๐ง!
Check out Vecu
If you could go back to any moment in your life, would you change anything or just enjoy the memories?
I'd probably tell my younger self to take fewer naps and more risks.

I was reading ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ by ๐ฝ๐๐๐๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐๐, a well-known author. Again, this time I want to convert it into action.
I want to share each chapter's summary, so here is what I found interesting:
1. Outcome Change
2. Process Change
3. Identity Change
โข The most effective way to change your habits is to focus not on what you want to achieve, but on who you wish to become.
โข Your identity emerges from your habits. Every action is a vote for the type of person you wish to become.
โข Becoming the best version of yourself requires continuously editing your beliefs and upgrading and expanding your identity.
โข The real reason habits matter is not just because they can yield better results (though they can), but because they can transform your beliefs about yourself.
If youโve read Atomic Habits and found it impactful, please sโare your tโougโts or comment on wโat resonated witโ you.

In one of our project management courses, we discussed success metrics and criteria.One principle that especially caught my attention was known as
Our discussions often revealed a common trend: we become so focused on achieving specific metrics that we sometimes lose sight of the overarching goals.
For instance, imagine a school that measures success by the number of students passing standardized tests. Teachers might prioritize test taking strategies over actual learning, leading to a generation skilled in exams but lacking deeper understanding.
Similarly, consider someone aiming to lose weight. If the sole metric of success is a lower number on the scale, they might resort to unhealthy methods like crash diets or even surgery, rather than adopting sustainable, healthy habits.
This got me thinking: How do we measure success in our own lives? Do we focus on the metrics or the meaningful progress towards our goals?
Here are a few reflective questions for you:

Why Winners Choose the Right Game to Play...
Boiling water can soften a potato or harden an egg. This shows that while we can't always control our environment, we can choose our response.
You cannot control whether you are a potato or an egg, but you can decide to play a game where itโs better to be hard or soft. Research in psychology suggests that adaptability is key to resilience.
If we find a more favorable environment, we can transform a situation from one where the odds are against us to one where they are in our favor. This aligns with the idea from ๐ถ๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐ค๐๐๐'๐ work on mindset: b๐ฒ ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐๐ญ, ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ฌ.
