Long teaching days
Long walking days
Evenings or nights of cycling in the city centre
Just evenings of white nights
Dandelions, poplar fluff, wind
Cafes, coffee, writing thoughts
Music in the earphones
Road trips, nights in a tent, driving, singing
Forest lakes, swimming
Reading (not much but at least I've started)
Yoga and dance (not much but still)

🌿В 11:30 говорим по-английски. Будем обсуждать активности, спорт, походы, путешествия и просто болтать обо всём
🤸♂А в 12:30 будет легкая тренировка с моей подругой-тренером - что-то несложное, чтобы зарядиться на день

I got ill in the middle of the hiking trip and couldn’t go far or fast. It could have been disappointing, but it let me slow down, take my time, notice the details of the place where we stayed, and enjoy the moments - maybe even more deeply🌱
And I managed to feel something very soft, gentle, and yet strong coming from these flowers growing on the slopes.

So one more summer month ahead
One more month to do things that I love
🌱Spend days in nature, watch the green trees and blue water
🌱Walk in the city centre, go along the rivers, see the sunbeams on the water and buildings, see excited people singing from the boats
🌱Read in the parks, when both realities captivate me: one from the book and one around me
🌱Cycle and feel the wind on my face
✨Also I still dream about going to some small dance, yoga or any festival that would appeal to me. To dance in nature, to feel deeply
✨And I'd like to do some reflection, answer the questions about life, about fears, about goals and directions
❤️So I wish you all a calm yet meaningful August
