Spring is already more than halfway through🌱
I’m so happy and grateful to spend this spring in places so close to my heart❤️
Montenegro is just so special to me
Three years ago I came here alone for the first time and fell in love with its nature, the mountains and the sea, its slow pace of life, the small towns, the silence and calmness.
In 2023 I lived here for 3.5 months, and in 2024 probably about the same. And then some more time again last year.
It has always been a place where I felt so excited about life. I remember setting an alarm to watch sunrises. I remember dancing at various viewpoints. I remember rainy winter days when I couldn’t go outside. I remember how tired of the silence and loneliness I sometimes felt.
I remember watching how the sea changed every day. I remember being afraid of thunderstorms and delighted by sunny days. I remember this constant feeling of wonder about life and the views around me✨

Now I'm here again and it feels slightly different.
First, we had a road trip exploring the whole Montenegro, driving up to the snowy mountains, along the picturesque roads, watching rivers, canyons and lakes, and then down to the seaside
And then I came to my sister, she's living here with her family now.
So I come here mostly to visit her, spend some time with my one-year-old nephew and to visit and enjoy my favourite places.
It’s still extremely beautiful — I really love this combination of mountains and the sea, tiled roofs (черепичные крыши), blue sky and blue sea. It seems I can watch it endlessly
Yes, I do love it. But I feel that life is changing, and now I come here mostly just to visit❤️

I came back to Saint Petersburg
Here is spring and I like being here. Actually, May is my favourite month - something fresh yet tender is in the air. My favourite gentle colours are all around❤️
Time goes fast and I really want to soak up these warm days here, to feel the sping, to capture and fully experience it
So what am I going to do these days: (instead of scrolling social media )
🌱walk in the parks
🌱ride a bicycle
🌱wear dresses
🌱go to yoga and dance classes
🌱try to organise a speaking club in the park
🌱talk about spring with my students
🌱listen to music and english podscasts
🌱take photos while walking
🌱read in the parks
🌱go to short road trips and sleep in a tent somewhere nice
🌱buy some new clothes
🌱buy some stuff to make the flat cosier
🌱meet my friends
🌱try to notice the changes in nature

It's amazingly sunny in Saint-Petersburg these days, and I'm so delighted to have a chance to wander around the city and visit my favorite places🌱
Although I was born here, sometimes I still manage to feel like a tourist and keep my eyes open to everything around me.
I've also been watching the flowers and trees, and I've noticed that even the same types of plants start to flourish at different times. They bloom only when they're ready. And it's a great reminder that we don't need to be in a hurry
There's an English idiom for this: "All in good time" - всему свое время.
So that's what I wish for you: notice simple beauty around and don't push yourself❤️

В последнее время появилось несколько новых учеников, и вместе с ними из ощущения почти выгорания вернулось вдохновение и большая любовь к работе. Потому что новый человек это целая вселенная, и это всегда удивительно✨
Я хотела собирать группы, запускать новые проекты, но пока это не получается. Все же верю, что всему свое время. А пока поняла, что нужно просто вкладываться в каждое занятие, в его подготовку и в составление домашек.
И сейчас мне нравится это делать - не планировать какие-то проекты или курсы, на которые потом мучительно искать людей. А вкладываться уже сейчас, выстраивать занятия с опорой на методику, использовать новые классные инструменты, находить все новые способы выведения новых слов в речь. Не уходить слишком глубоко просто в разговорчики по душам, но не мучать слишком запутанными правилами
Так, чтобы в голове оставалась структура, был результат, а не только процесс

It’s the fourth day of summer today. Tomorrow is summer too, and there are still so many summer days ahead. Love this feeling❤️
I spent last week with my one-year-old nephew, and all week I tried to see the world through his eyes while playing with him. It’s something very special. He doesn't rush anywhere, doesn't care about the opinions of others — he just takes his time to explore this world, to notice details, to figure out how it all works here. So many insights are going to happen to him🌱
And it seems that the first days of summer feel a bit like the first years of life — there are so many things ahead. We just need to notice them☺️
