TUMO Gunma has officially opened in Takasaki, marking the debut of TUMO in Asia. Housed at G Messe Gunma, the center will equip thousands of Japanese teens with cutting-edge skills at the intersection of technology and design.
And this is just the beginning, as new TUMO Centers and TUMO Boxes are also planned for Maebashi and Kusatsu, expanding access across the region.
The opening ceremony brought together leaders from Armenia and Japan, including:

The Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia just announced that at todayβs session, Government of Armenia approved a 3 year contract with Plug and Play Tech Center accelerator! The long-term collaboration with Plug and Play aims to ensure stable growth and development of Armeniaβs startup ecosystem. Over the next three years, Plug and Play will establish a permanent branch in Armenia to run incubation, pre-acceleration, and acceleration programs, paving the way for our innovators to compete globally.
Congrats to all of us on this important step ahead. Special thanks to the team of the MHTI led by the deputy minister Ruben Simonyan on making this happen.
