Opportunity for early stage startups 🚀

TechChill in collaboration with BADideas.fund, DEPO Ventures, Diaspora VC, and Acrobator VC allocated 350 000 EUR syndicate investment opportunity for the participants of a startup competition.

Pension funds are actively investing in VC funds internationally. The Government of Armenia approved a legislative package introducing Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) to the local regulations.

The legislative package was developed thanks to the efforts of the Investment Council of Armenia with a collaborative effort with the involvement of the startup ecosystem representatives. The regulations will be approved upon ratification of the initiative by the National Assembly.

While many Armenia born startups are incorporated in Delaware and this initiative will not impact them directly, it is an important step in making Armenian regulations more startup friendly that will result in positive changes in the long term.
