Because what makes it great is that not all people can gain. But you're giving it a try to do it. So that has to be hard until you passed the level that most people give up.

The outside world seems likely to be uninteresting or not charming, then it's when boredom comes from. At that point let your thoughts out there. Reflect on your decisions or future plans. After that you can make better and well-informed decisions.

Make the most out of it
If you have the little opportunity, just use that. You might complain what you don't have but at the same time you can let the little opportunity seize. What I mean by little opportunity is , for example, you struggle with financial side of you. But still you have that phone or you have that internet. You can make the most out it. even you have so many pressures from outside world, the God has already given that opportunity. there is no need for complain. i know some guys who works 24/7 but at the same time they manage to study.
Don't play the victim role. Everything happened to you is just sum of your past actions. You are the cause of all.

Don't be hater
There is saying that "apologize everyone then you feel so good". That's cliche. We know we are supposed to do good things to those who did bad things to us. But we never do it. Because that's hard.

Let me clarify. We have to set our workspace or home to do our good habits easier as possible. How can we do that? So, You wanna build a particular habit. Then reduce the friction of this habit. Remember habits don't have to be hard to do, the more it is easy, the more you do it and the less effort it takes. Man, don't even try to build a good habit where your surroundings isn't the place to do that task. While your phone is getting notifications, you can't simply do your work. Because you will get distracted; While everyone is making noise, you don't have to sit in that room. Just leave it. Make it easier. Man!
So you wanna read a book ,right ? Then out your damn book in the place where it's obvious and easy to notice. Don't put it in top of your shelf where you never take. Just put it noticable and common places.

Or should I say the art of showing up? This rule or technique basically helps you become consistent. It's super efficient. Once you learned how it works, then your life is going to make a change.
We heard the saying that the beginning of anything is hard. It's true Indeed. But once you start, then nobody's able to stop you, right? Yes, that's how the above rule helps you.
Alright, let's take reading a book everyday. Firstly we have yo identify the exact time to do this or put after certain habit which you do effortlessly. Then we decide what to do in two minute. It can be reading one page or half page. Repeat this every day. You have to put emphasize on merely the 2 minutes of the process. That's all. That's how you master the art of showing up. By reading one page every day, you are voting the person who isn't insane reader but rather don't miss daily reading activity. Reading one page a day is way more better than reading nothing at all.
Once you do the 2 minutes of the process, you get the dopamine hit which changes your mood into positive and simply slip into the state of deep focus. Yes, it's going to be easy to flow into the deep work after completing the two minutes. It's a trick to do the great things.

Just wanted to let you know I'm doing all awesome. At some point I say literally that the life sucks and I just want to die and don't wanna live the life because of stress and problems. But once I know the solution of the all difficulties, the life is now making sense. Cuz life is short. There's no time to feeling sad or being shattered. You don't have to be, in fact. You always have problems no matter how you live or how much money you make. If you're really wealthy, the problems are gonna emerge more, actually. So don't try to solve all the problems. Don't try to be a hero. Live like there's no problem. Then you're gonna feel a lot better. Cuz you know it's gonna solved anyway.

Alright we all know what the problem is and we are wasting our invaluable time. But we don't do nothing about it. It's kinda like doing on purpose. But it ain't. Cuz we can't control our body's urges and temptation. If we keep doing that, we all end up being unsuccessful. That's obvious.

If I have time, then I write blog about what i read. If I don't read any book or listen to something informative, I can't even write a post or blog, You know what I mean.
