Go all the way

If you decided to do something, then you're supposed to go all the way. This means you got to forget about everything except that thing. Forget about doing other things. After reaching some level, then you can think of other things. Now you have no right to do so.

If you master at a certain skill, then don't even think about doing other skills. All day and night think of that. Alright? Then you are going to achieve something.

So don't get distracted by other things, fellas

The 3rd part of the night

The first thing you should do when you wake up is the most important things. At that point you should be doing the things which are the most challenging, difficult. In short you gotta be morning person. You gotta create the morning routine. Please don't go to your phone in the morning ateast for 3 hours. No social media, no distractions. Because the morning is when the brain tend to be the most productive. Don't waste your full potential by watching social media or playing video games.

Also remember the time you woke up early. At that day you felt great, productive during the day. I bet that day was the most best day ever especially you spent your morning great.

So be the morning person

Make it easy

If you want your habits to stick , then you don't have to do it with so much effort. If you want to read a book everyday, then you don't have to sit a noisy room and get distracted. You can find any quiet room to do this. If you want to slepp earlier like not late 10 p.m., then don't scroll your phone or don't watch TV at that time. You just have to set your TV in another room but bedroom in the first place.

Create the environment for your habits. Just make it easy and attractive. Then you're more likely to do it.

Just add new habits to the old, tough ones. For example, you go to work every day. Then you are gonna make the habit of brushing your teeth. Say to yourself: when you finish putting clothes on, just put you teeth pasta visible place. Then you can easily brush your teeth.

Set one goal correctly.

Focus on specificity. Rather than stating a vague aspirations like "getting in shape " or "being fluent in English", define your goals with precise verbs and methods. For instance, instead of saying I want to get in shape, specify whether you'll achieve through running, swimming or weight lifting. Set a specific timeline such as aiming at reaching certain milestone in a specified number of months. State exactly how many times per week you'll engage in that activities and for gow long. Clarity in goal-setting increases the likelihood of achieving it. Additionally, everytime you don't think about what to do, because you know what to do.

If what you're doing is unlike anybody else's

If you want to achieve something that not everyone has, you should be doing the things that not everyone can. So don't be afraid being different from others. People tend to not like the person who is ahead of them at some level. So they just try treat you differently. At that point don't change your goal. Everyone says you're unique negatively. The actual truth is that you're far more better than them and they don't simply like that.

There's always worry about your future

I bet you are worried about your future right now. You still have some questions such as " what if I can't make it" or " this job has no future". While you're worrying, somebody is doing that thing and getting better at it. After all, he will succeed and you won't. Stop asking those questions. Just do the work or study. Then see what's going to happen.

Everyone thinks AI will take our jobs down the line. Yes it will. But it can't take some of them. Namely no matter what profession this is , you can make money from it. But what you should is that you gotta perform more than AI . So you will be valued. But in the first place you got to learn every basic concepts and stuff.

The perfect morning routine

Many people struggle with having a healthy and productive moring routine. You can apply the things that will be outlined in the post to find better routine

I think most people is able to wake up earlier (well they actually do but they sleep again and not get up). The first thing you should do is that hydrate your body by drinking a glass of water. Then force yourself to go outside in order to see the sunrise. By doing it, your body start to wake up. Because the sun light is signal to body and set our body's clock. You don't have to directly look at the sun. Just do that for about 10-15 minutes. In the outside you can do exercises. Remember exercises are the most crucial. You know how to exercise. I recommend to run. Afterwards you don't feel yourself sleepy


But some of you guys have the question that what if we wake up before the sunrise. If that's the case, just try to turn on the all artificial lights possible. But once the sun is out, just go outside. You probably think you don't need sun light exposure. But that's really necessary for your body to set 'body clock' which helps you wake up earlier and sleep fast at night

Then feel free to study or work. You might notice some rise of attention and energy.

Hey, feeling tired? Have a rest

I know you have been very busy with your work or your studies. Just it's time to rest. I just wanted to let you know " the person who doesn't rest lack of productivity". It's not important how many hours you do that thing. It's vital how much you did effectively. So quality over quantity. Because you worked more than 12 hours without no rest. And you woked 2 hours and 10-minute rest and again this. Just in the second occasion you see that effective work.

What I was trying to explain was it's ok not to work or study at some point. Because it can lead to burn out which means you just start to hate that thing.

Do what you entertain right now. And then get to work
Don't pretend to be someone

This happens when we are trying to achieve something and we pretend to be that guy who already gained that. Just be you not just someone else. Because they have different background, thoughts, circumstances, parents.

We all tend to do the things as somebody does. That's not how it works. Everyone has own destiny. If you're not doing what they do, that doesn't necessarily mean you won't achieve what you are trying. So be you

However there is only one person we all should be trying to be that man. He is our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). If you don't know what to do, just do what he does. You're life is going to be so much better

Everyone wants to see the outcome fast but ...

However nobody wants to do what is needed to get there. Namely, no one has a desire to do something to reach there. That's the problem. Most things really take time. You gotta understand this. There is no such a thing that "easy". If something is easy, then you're more likely to lose it. If so, most people can do that and that thing is no longer "great". Because everybody is able to do that.

Fast success builds ego, slow success builds character. When you gained something really hard, it's going to be hard to lose it.

That's the thing that everybody fails to do it. Whenever you try to do any task, you find yourself struggling with your concentration. That problem isn't only yours. That is everyone's problem. we live in a world we get distracted very easily. You know those triggers such as social media even listening to news.

We have to confess we have this problem but what can we do about it? The solution is just delete social media in the first place. Then there are some strategies to help us concentrate on a single task.

For example, cleaning up your environment. If your workplace is messy, you can't flow into that task well. Then remove all the triggers to get distracted. Maybe you leave your phone in another room. Because over phones encourage us to entertain not to focus on one thing

Do you still watch media?

Have you ever realized when you reduce the screen time of your phone or watching TV, your behavior changes positively. You don't get aggressive much or you start to show yourself as a well-mannered person. Actually you have the best manner but media is killing it. As you watch the violent scenes more often, you start to think " violent is common and funny, if I do that, nothing is going to happen" . Or as you watch the dating or adult content videos, your urge drives you crazy and you watch pornography.

Those are the things are trigger to do bad things. They can make you think that those things are acceptable. Actually they don't. Don't deceive the "tricks" of media including movies or videos.

But I'm not saying that don't watch all the videos and movies. I'm saying cut down the use of them.

Learn how to distinguish the criticism

You might heard those phrases such as " don't give a damn about how other people say about you" or "don't listen to anybody". But what if those people are telling the truth. You still have to not to listen to them. It's interesting, right? I'm going to make this clear now.

Firstly, just listen to what they say about you yo identify whether this statement is true or not. If it's not relevant, then don't give a shit what they say. But they're right, just work on those points. By doing this, you are getting the criticism in a correct way.

But how to know if it's relevant or not? To have that ability, you just have to be well-informed person who can make right decisions. So learn. Read that book or listen to that podcast. Expand your knowledge.

However, as long as you are headed right, then most of criticizes are incorrect. Because people hate when they see others are evolving. They try to find the mistakes you have instead of modifying their own mistakes. But you gotta be different.

It ain't easy

I know you're trying to do something, so that You're working or studying hard. But is it always hard to get something great done? Yeah, absolutely. Because what makes it great is that not all people can gain. But you're giving it a try to do it. So that has to be hard until you passed the level that most people give up.
Here's the thing. Every single achievement requires hard work, dedication. So there is no such a thing like " easy and quick path".
Be ready to go through all of this.

Why boredom is good for you?

Imagine, you get bored. Well, as soon as you feel boredom, you pull out your phone from your pocket and try to avoid being boredom. Is this actually such a bad thing?
In fact, the answer is NO.

As a human I can say somehow we have a fear of being bored. Boredom might brought about a great deal of benefits that we actually need in modern times.

First off, being bored means that the real world doesn't appeal to you and you want to immerse yourself with your own thoughts.
The outside world seems likely to be uninteresting or not charming, then it's when boredom comes from. At that point let your thoughts out there. Reflect on your decisions or future plans. After that you can make better and well-informed decisions.
Also boredom can create creativity. Because when you're bored, you try to make everything creative in order to prevent yourself being bored. Everytime you come up with new ideas.

Therefore, introverts tend to be more creative than extroverts. Contrastingly, extroverts don't have time to be bored. See?

So, give yourself 5 minutes to be bored and see what happens.

Why you should keep your new habits record?

I'm talking about the habit tracker. Habit tracker can be an app or calendar where you mark whether you did that certain task or not. That thing really help us be organized and encourages us to do it more.

The core reason behind it is that you are able to see your improvement. If you see that you're growing, that motivates us to do more or more. It gives a sense of accomplishment which is the best thing. You feel like you're doing something and you're very proud.

If Keeping track is the best thing we can do while building a new habit, why doesn't everybody do it? The answer is that most people are reluctant to keep track of their habits. They regard this as a waste of time. But it's not what they think.
