I know you don't want to work or study

In my recent post I talked why giving break is important. But this time we're running why people are getting to much "breaks". Let me say this clearly. When I said "breaks", I meant dopamine hit which basically means doing whatever you wants. This can be everything such food, social media, maybe chocolate, hanging out.

Well the problem is that people are obsessed with hitting their dopamine. They spent their whole time doing that entertaining things. There are a lot of downstream issues that it leads to. Now I'm going to talk just social media. Because this is the problem that we can't deal with easily.

The first of all is focus. I think the best way to entertain is just watching social media or doing things associated with the phone. So by just doing that, you don't not only waste your time, at the same time you might lose your concentration which is the key to everything. Therefore nowadays youngsters even can't study just for 5 minutes with deep focus. So the solution could be deleting social media. You just make some excuses not to remove that apps. But believe me this is causing so much issues that is helping.

The second of all could be depression. You might have perceived when you watched social media , afterwards some thoughts just comes to your mind like I'm not doing nothing, I'm not becoming successful or I'm totally useless. So if you want to be happy, just go get rid of that.

The third of all is that you're becoming more stupid. Because you're letting yourself to watch any social media platform algorithms. Videos or photos in that could be satisfying or not. But in the most cases the posts are really useless. It doesn't have any useful information related to your work or studies either. In a nutshell you're becoming really stupid. Because only stupid people let them other control them. Just don't be that person.

No wait, I have some more words for ya. You think social media is the problem that you're not succeeding. Nah bro you're using it in a wrong way. You might make money from it. It is all in your hands and it's all up to you. I think you can use social media in 2 ways: making money or helping someone make money. Which one would you choose. The conclusion would be don't let the things control you, just gain that control.

Try to be useful as possible

Well, you want more money, people's attention, social status or everyone to respect you. How to achieve all of that at the same time? In the first place being useful and helpful for others might provide everything you want from life. Let me explain why.
Even If you are best at something, but you're not giving some value to society or not using it to contribute to the society, then ask yourself why should people care about what you do if you don't help them? So let people use your skill. For example if you're so good at singing, but you never showed people your talent and not allowed people to entertain or relax. Then you better give that up.

If that's the case, you want people to know you , then show you can help out people like so many times. Then people call you remembering your helps. But that's important that what you do should be that not everyone can do that. Then your status start to increase considerably.

So contribute by doing cool stuff

Set your expectations low

Well you've heard of that when you are planning to do something, be optimistic and everybody knows that. But you really take consider that you have to set your expectations about that thing so low. if you are going to fail that thing then you're not going to lose nothing mentally and it's not going to hurt so badly. In a nutshell you're not going to be disappointed. For example, you want to reach out to somebody who you think is going to welcome you. But he really didn't treat as you think. Then eventually it hurts and you're going to be weak emotionally and mentally. But if you wouldn't expect that so much from that person and eventually you would be fine.

Always think about that drawbacks and downside of that thing. Expect downsides then you never get disappointed. That's how I approach every single circumstance. If you once fail at certain thing, you're more likely to keep that up.

Nobody gives a sh*t about the climate change

Everybody complains about the climate. But nobody is taking care of this problem. They think government should be dealing with this issue on their own. Believe me it's not gonna work if other people don't contribute to the our environment. It's not the problem of one person. It's all ours.

As you read the title, they still continue to harm the environment even worse than ever before. In order to deal with this we should change our mindset or perspective which is '' it's not my problem. I don't care". Everybody can do something about the climate change even though you have nothing as long as you live in our planet.

Small things such as managing waste disposal, not wasting, walking or cycling really can make a big difference in the environment if everybody does these things.

We gotta take care of our problems on our own

Why you feel like you're not moving

At the end of the day, you look in the mirror and feel like you’re useless and you’re not doing anything. But is this true even though you’re putting that effort in that certain thing? Not really. A real success doesn’t come fast if this has been achieved easily. Man, you’re not going to see the results even 2 or 3 months. Because this thing which is discipline works different than you think. It’s not constant. In the beginning even though you’re making for real by doing that however you never feel sense of accomplishment. This is where most people give up and say “it isn’t working. Maybe this is for me. I better do another thing”. Is this really the case? No totally.

Therefore, not all people succeed in their lives. Everybody do that hard work in the beginning. But they never finish that thing except for real men who have discipline.

Everybody talks about discipline. What is this actually? How to be disciplined and determined?

First of all , set your goal clear as possible. The. It will be apparent what you are going to do which helps you not to distract from other things. When you are setting them, just be clear, write exactly what you’re going to do in that day or that day.

The second of all, every single night just think of the tasks that you will do the next day. Afterwards tomorrow you are not going to be doing the thing that you’re not supposed to do. Because you know what to do. That’s so simple.

The third of all is Never give up while whatever everybody is saying. Whether they say “ oh you’re not doing anything. You better do that thing instead of this. I knew it is not going to work out”. Please don’t listen to them. You’re trying your best. You’re doing what you’re supposed to do.

The last but not least is laziness. Whenever you feel lazy, just think about the consequences of that. How much time you would spend doing nothing useful? Or how much energy you lose ? Then you feel better than that. And reduce the distractions as possible. Don’t use the things that are used not only one purpose Like phones. If you want to read, read printed books otherwise there are higher chances of getting distracted such as checking the social media. That’s all I wanted to say.

Your future is in your hands

Where you are right now is the result of your choices. Whether you believe it or not, you're solely responsible for your current circumstances. At the end of the day, only your choices truly matter. For example, if you're facing some financial difficulties, prior to this, you may have chosen to be poor by neglecting your education and skill development. Indeed, you may have never considered it that way. You didn't wish to not be well-off. However, had you chosen to pursue wealth through education or acquiring new skills, your life would likely be significantly better. Therefore, be mindful of your decisions, as they shape your destiny, often without realizing.

Don't be afraid to be exceptional

If you have the thought that everyone is against it, but you really think that's right. Then you're right. Don't care about other people think about you or your thoughts. Those are all yours. You gotta say " I'm right. You're all wrong. I don't change my opinion" to the people. Maybe other people don't know about something that but you know or they aren't considering one thing but you really consider. But you have evidence that proves you're right about it.

Also if you're exceptional, then you can expect exceptional outcomes. Most people are normal, but they expect exceptional results. That's not how it works. So if you really want to do something great, then never be afraid to think differently.

Knowing how promote sth well is a skill

For example, if we take businesses, the owners should learn how to offer their services well to the clients. Also they just got to leave the clients the great first impression by being honest, doing what they promise and like that. After showcasing what they can do for people, people decide whether they buy or not. But the owners did all they had to do

It's hard, right?

I mean doing one thing constantly is so hard to do. But this is gonna pay off unless you don't quit. That's when most people just quit. But you have to keep it regular. Then it's called discipline. If you had motivation 2 days ago and today you're not motivated, then you're most likely to not do this due to laziness. Because it's not f*cking discipline. That's why motivation is temporary and discipline is gonna show its actual power in the long run.

Man, I know you don't wanna do it right now. You're thinking " If I don't do it today, nothing changes". But it does . You will have broken your consistency. So do it what you're supposed to do every day

If you want to learn, explain

As you read the title, you might get confused like " how we explain while learning?" . That is practical way to learn actually. If you explain it, you learn it twice harder. So learn something to explain somebody not to understand by yourself.
For example you read book, you learned something. If you don't share what you learned, then you forget. So tell somebody who listens to you or write down somewhere. The process of teaching something is actually so amazing and great .

That's why teachers know every single thing by heart or understand how something works clearly.

So learn some and share it

Go all the way

If you decided to do something, then you're supposed to go all the way. This means you got to forget about everything except that thing. Forget about doing other things. After reaching some level, then you can think of other things. Now you have no right to do so.

If you master at a certain skill, then don't even think about doing other skills. All day and night think of that. Alright? Then you are going to achieve something.

So don't get distracted by other things, fellas

The 3rd part of the night

The first thing you should do when you wake up is the most important things. At that point you should be doing the things which are the most challenging, difficult. In short you gotta be morning person. You gotta create the morning routine. Please don't go to your phone in the morning ateast for 3 hours. No social media, no distractions. Because the morning is when the brain tend to be the most productive. Don't waste your full potential by watching social media or playing video games.

Also remember the time you woke up early. At that day you felt great, productive during the day. I bet that day was the most best day ever especially you spent your morning great.

So be the morning person

Make it easy

If you want your habits to stick , then you don't have to do it with so much effort. If you want to read a book everyday, then you don't have to sit a noisy room and get distracted. You can find any quiet room to do this. If you want to slepp earlier like not late 10 p.m., then don't scroll your phone or don't watch TV at that time. You just have to set your TV in another room but bedroom in the first place.

Create the environment for your habits. Just make it easy and attractive. Then you're more likely to do it.

Just add new habits to the old, tough ones. For example, you go to work every day. Then you are gonna make the habit of brushing your teeth. Say to yourself: when you finish putting clothes on, just put you teeth pasta visible place. Then you can easily brush your teeth.

Set one goal correctly.

Focus on specificity. Rather than stating a vague aspirations like "getting in shape " or "being fluent in English", define your goals with precise verbs and methods. For instance, instead of saying I want to get in shape, specify whether you'll achieve through running, swimming or weight lifting. Set a specific timeline such as aiming at reaching certain milestone in a specified number of months. State exactly how many times per week you'll engage in that activities and for gow long. Clarity in goal-setting increases the likelihood of achieving it. Additionally, everytime you don't think about what to do, because you know what to do.

If what you're doing is unlike anybody else's

If you want to achieve something that not everyone has, you should be doing the things that not everyone can. So don't be afraid being different from others. People tend to not like the person who is ahead of them at some level. So they just try treat you differently. At that point don't change your goal. Everyone says you're unique negatively. The actual truth is that you're far more better than them and they don't simply like that.

There's always worry about your future

I bet you are worried about your future right now. You still have some questions such as " what if I can't make it" or " this job has no future". While you're worrying, somebody is doing that thing and getting better at it. After all, he will succeed and you won't. Stop asking those questions. Just do the work or study. Then see what's going to happen.

Everyone thinks AI will take our jobs down the line. Yes it will. But it can't take some of them. Namely no matter what profession this is , you can make money from it. But what you should is that you gotta perform more than AI . So you will be valued. But in the first place you got to learn every basic concepts and stuff.

The perfect morning routine

Many people struggle with having a healthy and productive moring routine. You can apply the things that will be outlined in the post to find better routine

I think most people is able to wake up earlier (well they actually do but they sleep again and not get up). The first thing you should do is that hydrate your body by drinking a glass of water. Then force yourself to go outside in order to see the sunrise. By doing it, your body start to wake up. Because the sun light is signal to body and set our body's clock. You don't have to directly look at the sun. Just do that for about 10-15 minutes. In the outside you can do exercises. Remember exercises are the most crucial. You know how to exercise. I recommend to run. Afterwards you don't feel yourself sleepy


But some of you guys have the question that what if we wake up before the sunrise. If that's the case, just try to turn on the all artificial lights possible. But once the sun is out, just go outside. You probably think you don't need sun light exposure. But that's really necessary for your body to set 'body clock' which helps you wake up earlier and sleep fast at night

Then feel free to study or work. You might notice some rise of attention and energy.
