Whether you are unemployed, employed, student or anybody else, you can make difference in just 6 months. In order to do this, you just have got to come with a great plan that is all the things considered. Great plan can be anything else. Maybe you might want to achieve something cool which is learning a new language, getting a job or acquiring skill for getting a job. After that you just disappear in 6 months. You just have to give yourself 6 months to get all done. You don't show up social media, you don't hang out with your friends, in other words you just have to be nerd and turn the " social everything" off. So before disappearing let your close ones know that you disappear. They understand you. At the same time you have the opportunity to get rid of people who you're not that important to them.
In 6 months any skill or job can be mastered at some point maybe the level for getting a job. You just can build tottaly new skill from zero. Therefore most courses are finished in 6 months. After that period, after turning a new chapter in your life, then you can get back to everything.

I think nobody was born as extrovert or outgoing. It really comes from practice. But you don't perceive you are practicing or not. You just speak to someone whether who is stranger or not and you improve your social skills .
But the problem is your are shy. You feel awkward and embarrassing. The solution would be " put yourself out there". If you don't become sociable or you don't even have communication skills, you are less likely to become successful in life. It really affects our life. You don't have be active on a daily basis such as going to events or talking to anybody. Just overcome social anxiety

How to be more focused?
In our face-paced world, there are so many things that can distract you anywhere, anytime more compared to the past. It's difficult to get concentrated while studying or working. Because the social media is just brainwashing us and preventing to be more focused.For example, You watch short videos. At that time your brain is focusing on that video but eventually you scroll down and change that video. At that point your brain just break down. So doing this hundred times cause so many serious cognitive problems.
How to actually to be focused? Just while you're working or studying, just turn your phone off. No more other questions. But if your phone is required to study or work. Remove all the distractions such as turning off the notifications which are from social media. Actually you have got to get rid of social media as well. So then like everybody knows, set the timer for 25-30 minutes and dive that thing so deeply. Don't think about nothing even breathing ( I'm kidding). The first you do is actually finding a peaceful and quiet room which is helpful to get concentrated. After 30 minutes deep work, just take a break for 5 minutes. In that break don't think about work or study. Just do whatever that can relax. Then repeat that.
Believe me this is really helpful. Just give it a try. Why I'm recommending this is that this actually worked for me.

If you take responsibility for something serious that not everyone is willing to do, people start to take you seriously. That's the important thing ever. If you are being more in charge on your own or people just give the whole thing to you to do by yourself, what you're saying will be listened by people and you can influence peoplem Then you're most likely to become a good leader maybe. The thing that every leader has is just that they just take the all the responsibility and they are responsible. Again everything requires responsibility itself. By doing that , not only other people start to believe you, but also You start to believe what you can do on your own.
Don't be afraid of doing that. If you don't do that, eventually another person will do it. You are gonna miss your chance to gain people's trust.

I know you're working or studying a lot and you don't even have time to do entertaining things. If you're doing things that leads to achieve your goal constantly. Believe me eventually your brain will burn out. You won't want to work or study. At that point take a short respite. Forget about everything and don't even think about your job or studies. Spend your time with your friends or your close friends . You might hang out or travel or do something that doesn't involve work. After that your brain will reset and gain its full capacity. Even this time you're willing to do your work. Cuz you're motivated and you have so much energy.
What I'm trying to say is that take a break sometimes especially when you're feeling lost or buring out.

In my recent post I talked why giving break is important. But this time we're running why people are getting to much "breaks". Let me say this clearly. When I said "breaks", I meant dopamine hit which basically means doing whatever you wants. This can be everything such food, social media, maybe chocolate, hanging out.
Well the problem is that people are obsessed with hitting their dopamine. They spent their whole time doing that entertaining things. There are a lot of downstream issues that it leads to. Now I'm going to talk just social media. Because this is the problem that we can't deal with easily.
The first of all is focus. I think the best way to entertain is just watching social media or doing things associated with the phone. So by just doing that, you don't not only waste your time, at the same time you might lose your concentration which is the key to everything. Therefore nowadays youngsters even can't study just for 5 minutes with deep focus. So the solution could be deleting social media. You just make some excuses not to remove that apps. But believe me this is causing so much issues that is helping.
The second of all could be depression. You might have perceived when you watched social media , afterwards some thoughts just comes to your mind like I'm not doing nothing, I'm not becoming successful or I'm totally useless. So if you want to be happy, just go get rid of that.
The third of all is that you're becoming more stupid. Because you're letting yourself to watch any social media platform algorithms. Videos or photos in that could be satisfying or not. But in the most cases the posts are really useless. It doesn't have any useful information related to your work or studies either. In a nutshell you're becoming really stupid. Because only stupid people let them other control them. Just don't be that person.
No wait, I have some more words for ya. You think social media is the problem that you're not succeeding. Nah bro you're using it in a wrong way. You might make money from it. It is all in your hands and it's all up to you. I think you can use social media in 2 ways: making money or helping someone make money. Which one would you choose. The conclusion would be don't let the things control you, just gain that control.

But you really take consider that you have to set your expectations about that thing so low. if you are going to fail that thing then you're not going to lose nothing mentally and it's not going to hurt so badly. In a nutshell you're not going to be disappointed. For example, you want to reach out to somebody who you think is going to welcome you. But he really didn't treat as you think. Then eventually it hurts and you're going to be weak emotionally and mentally. But if you wouldn't expect that so much from that person and eventually you would be fine.
Always think about that drawbacks and downside of that thing. Expect downsides then you never get disappointed. That's how I approach every single circumstance. If you once fail at certain thing, you're more likely to keep that up.

Everybody complains about the climate. But nobody is taking care of this problem. They think government should be dealing with this issue on their own. Believe me it's not gonna work if other people don't contribute to the our environment. It's not the problem of one person. It's all ours.
As you read the title, they still continue to harm the environment even worse than ever before. In order to deal with this we should change our mindset or perspective which is '' it's not my problem. I don't care". Everybody can do something about the climate change even though you have nothing as long as you live in our planet.
Small things such as managing waste disposal, not wasting, walking or cycling really can make a big difference in the environment if everybody does these things.

Why you feel like you're not moving
At the end of the day, you look in the mirror and feel like you’re useless and you’re not doing anything. But is this true even though you’re putting that effort in that certain thing? Not really. A real success doesn’t come fast if this has been achieved easily. Man, you’re not going to see the results even 2 or 3 months. Because this thing which is discipline works different than you think. It’s not constant. In the beginning even though you’re making for real by doing that however you never feel sense of accomplishment. This is where most people give up and say “it isn’t working. Maybe this is for me. I better do another thing”. Is this really the case? No totally.
Therefore, not all people succeed in their lives. Everybody do that hard work in the beginning. But they never finish that thing except for real men who have discipline.
Everybody talks about discipline. What is this actually? How to be disciplined and determined?
First of all , set your goal clear as possible. The. It will be apparent what you are going to do which helps you not to distract from other things. When you are setting them, just be clear, write exactly what you’re going to do in that day or that day.
The second of all, every single night just think of the tasks that you will do the next day. Afterwards tomorrow you are not going to be doing the thing that you’re not supposed to do. Because you know what to do. That’s so simple.
The third of all is Never give up while whatever everybody is saying. Whether they say “ oh you’re not doing anything. You better do that thing instead of this. I knew it is not going to work out”. Please don’t listen to them. You’re trying your best. You’re doing what you’re supposed to do.
The last but not least is laziness. Whenever you feel lazy, just think about the consequences of that. How much time you would spend doing nothing useful? Or how much energy you lose ? Then you feel better than that. And reduce the distractions as possible. Don’t use the things that are used not only one purpose Like phones. If you want to read, read printed books otherwise there are higher chances of getting distracted such as checking the social media. That’s all I wanted to say.

If you had motivation 2 days ago and today you're not motivated, then you're most likely to not do this due to laziness. Because it's not f*cking discipline.
