While everybody around you are wasting time and spending useless things, don't feel bad as sh*t yourself. That's temporary and that's not how they look. It's easy to leave them behind if you enhance your any kind of skills right now. So go back to your work or study. Alright?

Consistency might be harder sometimes when no one is clapping for you . At Those times you should clap for yourself. Be your biggest fan unless you accomplish something

Have you heard about Dopamine?
Dopamine is just a molecule that is produced in the brain.

Dopamine plays a role in many important functions , including motivation, reward and movement.

Dopamine levels can be affected by many factors. The bad ones are social media, eating chocolate, pornography and so on. But you can level up your dopamine levels by exercising, cold water.

It is important to keep dopamine balance in life extensive dopamine can lead to addiction. While too little dopamine can lead to depression.

So I highly recommend to exercise or workout not social media not "websites" in order to level your dopamine up

The best advice I can give is let stupid people win the arguement. Even though you have a better understanding of the topic. They never admit.
When you set your plans like " I will do this Monday or tomorrow" . You are less likely to do that thing. Believe me. Because that's just our brains work. So just do that thing right now. then the chances of that you are gonna do that thing the second time are higher. Just prove it your brain that you can do that right now. Otherwise you always procrastinate.
After 10 days of research I found out that Home isn't a place to study at all.
You won't succeed without experiencing failure
Compliment is not always that bad for you. When you are told compliment or something, you satisfied with yourself and this encourage to do more that thing and even this time better. Compliment is a sign of making progress. So you are more likely to do that than ever before because of you know you are developing and growing

How to Choose the right career?
You want to make money and you are hesitating to select the right path. So just take a moment to think what you've got. Have you got something valuable to the society. Can you contribute the society by doing something? If no, just learn something new including anything else.
You can't earn money without giving value

Well if that's the case, push yourself out there to help people. Actually the most professions give value to the society. But even your job gives a value, but you don't work the bottom of your heart then you are more likely to earn less money. So do your job well enough. That's all I wanna say about.

Why we shot everything?

If it's raining or snowing outside, we take a photo or a video.
If we buy something new, we take a photo or a video.
If we witness any kind of something unusual, we take a photo or a video.

I could give tons of examples. The worst part of this is that nobody actually cares what you shot. Nevertheless we keep taking photos. The truth is once we shot something, we never get back to see again. Because you are very busy to see your gallery.
You could think what is wrong with that. Doing it is the best thing to create memory.
But we do this recklessly. Instead of enjoying the moment, we just take pictures or videos to show other people. Other people don't actually cares. They just react in a nice way in order to not make you upset.
I am not telling you that don't do it anymore. I'm telling you that learn to enjoy the moment.

Stop telling your fiends your plans

If you set new plans , never share them with anyone. You know why? Because after revealing your plans you might get pretty much all reward. The essence of achieving something is showcasing your results to the others. That actually constitutes 30 percent of success.

So what's the lesson? The lesson is never share your plans and goals with anyone such as your friends your family members. Ultimately, show them your results

Life has upside and downs

From time to time, you woke up late than it is supposed to be. Because you stayed up all night long. You might feel yourself so bad that everyone is working on their own but you. During the day all the things go wrong. You don't get nothing done. You watch social media or play video games all day. You don't have a desire to do something. You feel like you're the worst thing in the world.

The day will be over. After that day you will recover yourself again. You can't change this day. But you will keep on track tomorrow. There's nothing wrong with that. Don't be miserable. You are the best human-being ever. Everyone has to go through these sort of days. Those days happens not quite often. So you have opportunity to make your tomorrow the best day or the most productive day ever.

Don't let any illness makes you weak

When you are feeling sick, you feel so bad. So you got no energy to get stuff done. Eventually you lost your motivation even to get up. In many cases your disease doesn't involve to lie on bed. So you still can do something. But you don't have a craving for that. At that time don't lose your discipline. Keep doing what you have to do like your habits that you wanna build. Ultimately you are gonna still keeping what you are doing. I mean don't make any excuses.

I'm also going through this situation. I am feeling so bad, I am out of energy. But I am gonna do the things on my to-do-list. I'm gonna stay motivated and determined.

My suggestion to everyone is that when you are making excuses, you are lying only yourself. So the lesson is that get up and do what you should be doing.

What is wrong with Instagram?

Let me explain you something. I just was going to have a break for 5 minutes. And I wanted to check my Instagram (not the app, on the web-site). I just was on my Instagram for like over 30 minutes. Before doing that I was full of energy. But Instagram affected me so badly. Watching that everybody is succeeding, travelling or doing what I want to do so much. I got depressed. My desire for studying just left me. I was feeling like I'm nothing, I'm not able to do that. At that time I just understood Instagram is really lying to me. Because all people are just showing off. So I not gonna take it so seriously. I'm not gonna lose my motivation. The biggest lesson is when you are actually trying to do something or building your future, never go to social media. Because social media tend to change your plans. The "plan" is just doing nothing. After social media you don't wanna do nothing. Social media make us brainwash.
