The 21+7-day clock always runs on Saturdays; Pompeo generally only tweets Bible verses on Sundays. Occasionally, Pompeo will confirm a clock set the previous day with #SundayScripture. On Christmas, which was a Saturday, he put out John 3:16, which is also referenced in the drops and therefore significant. If he was, in fact, starting a clock, it just so happens to align with the clock set by the #1441 hippo article put out by the Daily Mail 3 weeks prior.
