Pedestrian crossing light next to our school had a count down counter, which worked like this: …3 (one second wait)
2 (w)
1 (w)
0 (one second wait again)
GO green.

Reported it with reasoning that numbers are seconds to wait. 0 means no more wait and we should have GO at that moment. Asked to fix the counter.

This morning noticed a change:
solid red man, no countdown on red at all. Good or bad. None.

(But still count down on green, didn’t report that and don’t know what happens around 0 there)
