小米这个许可证感觉还可以写得严谨一点。参考一下其它许可证，比如AGPL就有让分发方法包含提供线上服务的条款。
这里可以写“This license does not authorize to distribute the services of a modified work in any form, neither a form of software nor of over the Internet"，或者直接写清楚只允许"distribute the unmodified work”。它这个“避免疑义”反而引入疑义了：前面刚说允许修改和分发，后面又“解释”for the avoidance of doubt，没有允许你用于开发软件和服务。再说私下人家干了什么是真管不了……只能管明面上做了什么。
