If you’re worried about your rizq today, remember: Allah can provide from places you never expected. Keep striving, make du’a, and trust Him. — Qur’an 65:3

The woman in our time nowadays is between the law of idiots and the law of Prophets

When we make du'a and hesitate to add, “If it is not good for me, replace it with something better,” the hesitation reveals where desire has outrun tawakkul.

We trust Allah enough to give us what we want, but not yet enough to choose what should remain ours.

Ask firmly and specifically, but leave Allah’s knowledge sovereign over your preference, because submission is wanting the thing deeply without needing it to be good merely because you want it.

Maybe you still remember when salah had a place in every part of your day. Now, some nights end with the same guilt and the same promise: “Tomorrow, I’ll do better.”

If that’s you, take the regret seriously—but don’t let it convince you that returning is hopeless.

“Do not despair of Allah’s mercy.”
— Qur’an 39:53

You don’t have to wait until your life feels organised, your heart feels peaceful, or you’ve overcome every struggle. Turn to Allah in repentance, and return to prayer while you work on yourself.

Make wuḍū. Put the phone down. Pray the prayer that is due. Commit to protecting all five, and ask Allah to help you remain consistent.

You cannot rewrite the days you neglected. But you can stop making the same promise without taking the next step.

May Allah forgive our neglect and make us steadfast in salah. Āmīn.

Share this gently with someone you care about. Let it be an invitation to return.

It is not permissible for a woman to joke with a male vendor or...

Fear Allah within yourself
“Whenever I increased my daily portion of the Qur’an, the blessing in my time increased. I continued increasing it until my daily portion reached ten juz’.”

— One of the early righteous generations

“Recite the Qur’an abundantly and do not abandon it, for what you seek will become easy for you in proportion to how much you recite.”
— Ibrahim ibn ‘Abd al-Wahid al-Maqdisi, advising al-Diya’ al-Maqdisi when he intended to travel in pursuit of knowledge

“I witnessed this and experienced it repeatedly. Whenever I recited a great deal of the Qur’an, I found it easy to hear and record a great deal of hadith. And whenever I did not recite, it was not made easy for me.”

— Al-Diya’ al-Maqdisi
spend a lifetime building for eternity, not just for a world you might leave tomorrow.
Your protection is not in a charm, object, or piece of glass. It is with Allah. 🤍

We may be tempted to place our trust in things we can see and hold, but true protection comes from Allah alone. Put your tawakkul in Him, seek His protection, and don’t give created things a power that belongs only to the Creator.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Be mindful of Allah and He will protect you. … When you ask, ask Allah, and when you seek help, seek help from Allah.”
— Jamiʿ at-Tirmidhi 2516 — Hasan Sahih

May Allah protect us from every harm, seen and unseen. آمين 🤲
