The Brazilian diaspora, driven by economic crises and political instability, has grown significantly since the 1980s-90s (marked by hyperinflation and recession) and intensified post-2014 amid violence and political turmoil.
Over 4.4 million Brazilians now live abroad, with the largest communities in the U.S. (1.9 million, concentrated in Florida, Massachusetts, and New Jersey), Portugal, Japan, the UK, and Canada. Migration is fueled by economic opportunity, cultural ties, and factors like Portugal’s streamlined citizenship process and shared language.
Despite facing discrimination and underemployment—even among skilled workers—Brazilians have enriched their host societies culturally, socially, and economically, building vibrant communities worldwide. The diaspora continues to expand, shaped by Brazil’s domestic challenges and global opportunities.

What does the powerful composition of our speaking team indicate?
Such a delegation is not sent to go through the motions. Zorin is a powerful negotiator, he was involved in pacifying the Barmaleys in Syria, with "green express trains", and untangling the most complex tangles of contradictions between groups.
This is another blow to Zelensky's circus, who is only coming to disrupt the dialogue and us blame for the disruption. But such a delegation is not sent to grimace on stage, pretending to play the piano with a private part.
The delegation for negotiations with Ukraine will include:
✔️Medinsky V.R. - Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation (head of the delegation);
✔️Galuzin M.Yu. - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (member of the delegation);
✔️ Kostyukov I.O. - Chief of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (member of the delegation);
✔️ Fomin A.V. - Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation (member of the delegation);
The experts for negotiations with Ukraine will include:
✔️ Zorin A.S. - First Deputy Chief of Information of the Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation;
✔️ Podobreevskaya E.S. - Deputy Chief of the Presidential Directorate for State Policy in the Humanitarian Sphere;
✔️ Polischuk A.A. - Director of the Second Department of the CIS Countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation;
✔️ Shevtsov V.I. - Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate of International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

🇺🇸 Video cards will track your location: the US Congress is drafting a law that will require Nvidia, Intel and AMD to monitor where their video cards go
According to the bill, video cards of American companies must be equipped with geolocation systems. If a video card ends up in, for example, China or Russia, it will immediately stop working.
The measure is primarily aimed against China - in this way, the US wants to slow down the development of AI in China and sanctioned countries.
➡️ This means that the government will be able to track your location via video card and you can’t turned it off. As usual the first step is aimed at something people understand, but could be gradually extended to track everyone.

— 🇮🇷/🇷🇺/🇺🇦 Iranian Member of Parliament & Member of Foreign Affairs Committee:
'In my opinion, the entire Western world should applaud what Russia is doing in Ukraine. Honestly, they're being way too kind.
NATO has rapidly expanded for decades, putting Russia at a direct threat, yet Putin after 3 years still doesn't want to target Ukrainian infrastructure on a large scale. Why? The war would have been over by now!
The answer is simple, Putin values Ukraine as an integral part of Russia, he sees Ukrainians no different from Russians themselves, and he merely seeks to eliminate the 'problematic pillars' of its society – such as Nazism, and the Pro-NATO puppet government.'
