Some additional prepping tips for this winter. These are just basic things but it’s the basics that will get you through. Whatever you’re doing. Do more of it.
You can’t have enough food, painkillers, fuels, stamina, strength and fitness. Whatever level you are at, however much you already have, do/get MORE. Home defence. You may never be invincible but make yourself a harder target. Maintaining mental health. Fuel and energy shortages won’t kill you. You’re tougher and more durable than you think. Support networks. Be available for others and open up to trusted friends if it’s getting too much.
Not an exhaustive list by any means just some things to provoke thought and extra planning.
