“Under a COVID-status certification scheme, people asserting their right to refuse medical intervention would be outcast from society and subjected to a dangerous programme of segregation. Such segregation would be a crime against humanity, as there would be no lawful justification for the poor treatment and denial of civil liberties to this small section of society. Thus, COVID-status certification would lead to UK Apartheid: an unlawful, immoral, unjust, unethical, cruel, discriminatory scheme that violates privacy and basic human rights.”
