Adverse Vaccine Reactions go Viral on TikTok - "Conspiracies" with MILLIONS of views after tricking platform's algorithm! (Report)

Despite TikTok pledging to limit the spread of "misinformation”, certain accounts have managed to outwit the site’s algorithms to get away with posting 1mn-view videos mocking Covid-19 jabs with alarming ease. (VICE World News)

One account was able to post over 60 videos with apparent adverse reactions, simply by labelling them “SAFE Moderna/Pfizer/AstraZeneca” and overlaying background noise with stock sound effects.

By avoiding negative keywords, it appears TikTok’s AI systems cannot flag content deemed to be misinformation by the platform - and even promoted clips critical of vaccine effectiveness.
