Tbh as long as youre comfortable! We’d of course prefer comfortable lounging clothes eg. A sports bra, lounge shorts etc!

Little snippet of the warm up arm/upper body tracing! Filming with 1 hand was SO TOUGH but its usually done with 2 hands properly!
