#Google I/O 2020 is officially canceled due to recent “shelter in place” orders by the Bay Area counties. Android R releases will continue normally though.

Just like I predicted in the Unpacked live blog, One UI 2.1, with most features of the S20, is coming to the S10 and Note10, alongside the March 2020 security update (even before Pixel phones got it). There are reports from users in Germany and Switzerland receiving the update, but it will come out in other regions in the near future.
