This is #Samsung's tri-folding phone.
One UI 8 has hidden animations for Samsung's upcoming tri-folding phone, which could be called "Galaxy G Fold" or "Galaxy Z TriFold" and is internally referred to as "Multifold 7".
It has 2 hinges and 3 parts of the screen - one is narrower than the other - that need to be folded in a specific way. However, there is only one outer screen, and the other side is empty. The volume and power buttons are recessed into the side.
The long-rumored phone is expected to be announced at the end of this year.
