The iPhone 12 (and older iPhones sold after the event) got rid of the headphones and power adapter in the box, which can be an extra hassle for people who are getting their first iPhone, especially if they only have USB-A power adapters. A way to solve this issue would be to add an option to get EarPods and a charger for cheaper than adding them to the bag separately, if you select the gift option.
