Update: Subdomain custom domains fixed

We fixed an issue where custom subdomains like pay.yourdomain.com could fail the domain registration check, even though the main domain was registered correctly.

Custom domains now properly validate subdomains through their parent/apex domain, so setups like pay.example.com should work as expected.

There was an error, for some users the product creation didnt work, this should be fixxed now.

We also updated downloadable files for product variants: files are now scoped per variant, so each variant only shows and delivers the files assigned to that specific variant instead of sharing all product files across every variant.

Small update:
We fixed an issue where some available shop names were incorrectly shown as unavailable because of our reserved-name checks.

We also added tooltips across the product create/edit pages to make the settings clearer and easier to understand.

Platform Update

We have resolved several important issues across the platform:

File downloads fixed
Valid download links now work reliably and no longer incorrectly return a 403 error. Invalid or expired links display a clear “Permission denied” message.

Infrastructure improvements
We have strengthened our infrastructure to improve stability and reliability. Unexpected downtime should no longer occur.

BlockPN webhooks fixed
BlockPN payment webhooks are working correctly again. Successful payments should now be detected and automatically marked as paid.

If you experienced any of these issues, everything should now be working normally.
