A collection of some of the dark, imaginative & classical artwork I adore and wish to archive.
This was originally for personal use, but you're welcome to join me.
Art like all great things must enthral the mind, often from emotive places of sadness, resulting in an image of beauty.

This episode of 'Britain's Lost & Living Pubs" covers a property which hid Catholic priests during Cromwell's attack on the Catholic Church and the "English Reformation".
It speaks of Charles I, and the escape of Charles II where we would gain the term "Royal Oak".
The pub episodes offer a dose of individual history and a large portion of culture if one takes the time to enjoy them.
When found to be hiding Catholics and friends to Royalist rule this Pub would later become a "Masonic Lodge" which is also covered in this short feature.
