Guy Fawkes (April 13, 1570 – January 31, 1606) Who died trying to restore a Catholic to the throne of England
He watched countries such as England stripped of their leadership & had himself converted to Catholicism, fighting in Wars on it's behalf.
Catholicism had decided to fight against outside interests, once it's founders lost control of what was in essence a tool for power.
Those who once held the reigns of the Catholic church became replaced by those with national interest, thus making Catholicism a risk to Internationalist minds.
He fought in the Eighty Years' War on the side of Catholic Spain against Protestant Dutch reformers who had 'outside' interests and backers. Like modern wars, histories facts are left to one side, hidden by false celebrations.
Be it Poppies or Fireworks, reality plays no part in the world we know today.
He went on to face a horrific execution for situations very few people understand or care for.
Know what you celebrate, before you celebrate it.
