Beauty is at the heart of every noble pursuit.
We strive towards divine perfection for our bodies and minds for the good of those we love; we are thankful every day for the beauty in our lives, in every form it may take. We offer the best version of ourselves to god.
Of course, we never can achieve “perfection” - but we accept this, and we strive ever onwards just the same.

The most sacred Moria tree stands in front of the ancient temple of Erechtheion on the Acropolis of Athens. Thought to be the same location of the very first olive tree given to Athens by Athena
In ancient Greece, the moriai were olive trees considered to be the property of the state because of their religious significance.
Throughout Attica besides the olives that were private property there were others which whether on public or private lands were considered as the property of the State. They were called "moriae" the legend being they had been propagated from the original olive Athena had caused to spring up on the Acropolis. This theory was convenient for their conservation as State property since by giving them a sacred character it placed them directly under the care of the Areiopagus which caused them to be visited once a month by Inspectors, & once a year by special Commissioners. To uproot a moria was an offence punishable by banishment & confiscation of goods

I have a strange new habit of seeking out old cemeteries of different kinds and taking long walks through them.
This world, despite being packed with people and noise still seems lifeless and hollow.
One of the few places one can appreciate not only true silence, but the lives of our past are the places most forget exist.
Strangely, as my mind seeps back in time, normality returns to me.
I begin to once more feel the world others have gone out of their way to stop me finding.
I return to a place modern times have no intent of granting me, to a place that will soon be gone for good.
Think for yourself
