Imagine a world where we preserved the historic parts of our nations as opposed to turning them into leftist sanctuaries.

Do not wimper, do not weaken;
Do not lose sight, do not fall.
Do not ignite defeats beacon;
Do not flinch now, do not stall.

Be astute as the deep clouds deepen.
Be alert when the alarm bells call.
Be prepared for the changing of the season;
Be strong above all for us all.

So these are the remedies I used to get over my bout of sickness. I hope this is useful to you if you find yourself taken down by something similar. They may also be useful to take in anticipation of Autumn/Winter, to maintain a healthy immune defence.

It's impossible to tell which of these worked and which didn't. I threw everything at it. Many of these are naturally-occurring, age-old medicines. In no particular order:

Sea Kelp (Iodine): Antiseptic, protection from toxins.
Oregano Oil: Natural antibiotic.
Quercetin: Immune system health.
Quinine (in the form of tonic water): Anti-fever, anti-inflammation.
Hydroxycloroquine (related to Quinine): I only took a couple of tablets so likely didn't help.
Vitamin D: Immune system health.
Mullein Leaf: Respiratory health.
Zinc: Immune system health.
Turmeric: Anti-inflammatory.
High dose Vitamin C: Immune system health.
Ivermectin: 'Antiparasitic'. My brother had been ill not long before me and posted me his leftover Ivermectin to try.
Paracetamol and Ibuprofen, rotated: I always prefer to avoid taking these for headaches and things. But during this bout of illness they kept my fever in check so I took them regularly.

Other actions that did help, or may have:
• Plenty of sleep and rest.
• We bought a little oxygen cylinder to try and get my oxygen levels up. This was helpful when I needed to move, as taking in some extra oxygen before doing so stopped me from feeling so light-headed.
• My wife made me a broth with onion, garlic, turmeric and kale which I was able to drink even when I had no appetite whatsoever. These ingredients are natural antibiotics.
• Spending time in direct sunlight.
• Keeping myself as cool as possible, to prevent over-heating. This is difficult to do when you wake up in a freezing cold sweat, but necessary.
• Also, to add, I got myself a himalayan salt inhaler recently. This might be good to use during such an illness. Salt cleanses through air and moisture as it does through water.

If you know of other remedies, please share in the comments.
