If you can, always train of a morning as opposed to the evening.
The world offers us stress and hardship without a moments pause just as the morning offers us heightened awareness and energy.
By expending the energy that could cause damage throughout the day one can think clearer and recover quicker from ones session.
Point being it’s easy to use something positive in a negative way and to allow it to thrive and overflow, but to use a negative as a positive..
Now that’s a challenge.
The choice is there in front of you which you’ll thank of hate yourself for down the line depending on what you chose..
You could do damage on social media, the phone or wherever you are be it by accident or on purpose; Or you can expend such negativity and face the days issues with a clearer mind.
Chose now, things aren’t about to get any better.
