Jan'25 waalon - If you are facing difficulty in focusing on your studies after a certain number of hours, try this:

1. Try target-based study with shorter targets. For example: “In the next 5 minutes, I will finish this paragraph.” Set a timer on your phone and aim to achieve that target. It might help.

2. Try the Pomodoro technique. Study for 25 minutes and then reward yourself with a 5-minute break. The challenge here will be restarting after the 5-minute break. However, if your break doesn’t involve mindless scrolling, I’m sure you’ll manage it. Do 5 rounds of 25-5, and then take a straight 30-minute break. Try it—it helps.

3. Group study can sometimes help. Find a group of three people, set a target during a Zoom session, and then mute your mics while keeping your videos on as you study. It really, really helps.

Please understand that you’ll need to explore different methods daily. Something that works for you today might not work after a week. So, keep exploring and discovering techniques that help you study. Keep going!

Stay consistent. Success is the reward for those who keep moving forward.
