Just got a report they stopped a voter in the middle of filling out their ballot and told them they can't use a blue pen.

If that happens to you - calmly educate that poorly trained presiding judge and call the sheriff to report voter intimidation.

Election system vendors are competent and trustworthy.

For proof of that, look no farther than this ballot they designed.

They were so thorough, they put the same democrat candidate on the ballot three times.

Voted in person today using a blue ballpoint pen.

Election official strongly insisted I use the provided black felt tip pen.

I gave the election official my “hard stare” as she had clearly forgotten her manners, and politely told her “I’m using the pen I brought.”

The tabulator had zero problem accepting the ballot.

How much you want to bet they changed the printer settings remotely, because the machines are networked and remotely accessible?

Unless they just happened to have 60 technical crews they could deploy across the county at the same time.

If you can change printer settings remotely, I wonder if it’s possible to change votes remotely [please note sarcasm].

I was taking a photo of my ballot (in Chama, Nm), especially since my 2020 ballot never got recorded and the “judge” charged at me and said I can’t do that! Thankfully I got on here previous to going in and had the statue with me saying otherwise!!!
She called the clerk as I was telling her she was breaking the law, she ended up apologizing to me!!!

Printers were down at the administrative office in Los Lunas this afternoon. Went to Daniel Fernandez Elementary school and voted. They tried to tell me I had to use their felt tip pen and I promptly told them I was using my own BLUE ball point pen per the statute you provided. Got no push back after saying that!😊👍
