And by the way, those poll workers BY LAW can't look at your ballot! So if they know you used a blue pen, then they looked.

Please respond by letting them know looking at your ballot and bullying you about using a legal marking device breaks statute and amounts to voter intimidation. That should shut them up.

Poll challengers are being gaslit by poll judges regarding legal writing utensils and taking pictures of their ballots.

Just got a report they stopped a voter in the middle of filling out their ballot and told them they can't use a blue pen.
