From poll observer in South Carolina:

β€œIve already encountered 3 of 6 voting machines not working. 2 with no seals and 1 was voting for the opposite candidate.”

Yes. I am an observer in tonopah and we are having the same exact issue. Except our one tabulator that’s working is only taking about 5% of the ballots. 😑 πŸ™

Remember every complaint documented can serve as a basis for demanding the withholding of certification of post-election results with your county commission or equivalent government body.

Vote, document, record, report!

Voted in Luzerne County, Pa. I was 2nd in line. Took 1/2 hour. The machines were out of paper then wouldn’t work. The machines were saying the pin # was invalid that they poll workers were entering. They tried rebooting using the manual and still the same issue. They tried calling about it, but the call went to voicemail. Finally they got one machine to work.

From Santa Fe County:

Poll workers seem to be having problems printing ballots! Surprise, surprise!

Clerks are very aware that Republicans are waiting until election day to vote. Printing "errors" would have the effect of potentially forcing Republican voters to give up voting and go home.

DON'T LEAVE THE POLLING PLACE UNTIL YOU'VE VOTED!

It's only 9:30 and we have more egregious lies coming from poll workers. This is from Bernalillo County.

People are being told they can't bring their cell phones into the polling place to take a picture of their own ballot, or document identity theft in the event they're told they've already voted when they know they haven't.

THERE IS NO STATUTORY BASIS FOR PREVENTING YOU FROM BRINGING IN YOUR CELL PHONE TO THE POLLING PLACE.

If you are told you can't bring in your cell phone, tell that poll worker to show you the statute they're basing their direction on. If they can't do it, tell them you will be bringing in your cell phone and if they try to prevent you, you will consider that voter intimidation and will be calling the sheriff to report them.

We have to stand up for ourselves today, folks.

Regarding your right to take your cell phone into the polling place AND not to be bullied about the pen you use:

The above statute shows the law is on our side.

You have a statutory right to document who you voted for using the communication device of your choice (i.e. taking a picture of your ballot),

AND nobody gets to look at your ballot without your permission.

AND there's a penalty to poll workers who violate either.

If this happens to you, just pull out your phone and let the bully poll workers read the statute.
