NEW - LADA Office prosecutors allege that Eugene Yu improperly gave third-party contractors in China access to poll workers’ sensitive personally identifiable information.

A Konnech project manager said via the Alibaba messaging app DingTalk that it was a "huge security issue" that Chinese contractors working on PollChief software had "superadministration" privileges for all PollChief clients.

Eugene Yu’s arraignment is tomorrow, Friday, October 14th, at 9 AM PT in Los Angeles.

Eugene Yu told Judge Kenneth Hoyt that Konnech does not store any American poll worker data in China.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's office says their investigators found internal Konnech communications admitting that the company stored American poll worker data in China.

So when does the defamation lawsuit against Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips get dropped❓
