The 22-month records retention period ends September 3, 2022.

Unless they have exceptions in place, many states and counties will soon start deleting 2020 election records (if they have not done so illegally already 😠).

Here's what you can do before then:

🟠 Band together with others in your county and request that officials commit publicly to retaining crucial records beyond the deadline, especially when many unresolved issues still exist.

🟠 Continue to submit requests for your county's cast vote records (CVRs). Instructions are here.

🟠 Request the video surveillance footage for key election locations. True The Vote is already pursuing this in 200 counties, but there's 2,900 others that may need this also. True The Vote is offering to assist with the cost of obtaining and hosting the video online for the public. See the Citizen Video Project for instructions.

The Clements did a remarkable job putting this report together. It is one of the most broad, well structured and comprehensive audit reports we have read and should be studied carefully.

For the mathematically minded, Cindy's statistical analysis (Section 6.2) is devastating in its finding. The election results in Otero and Sandoval were clearly manipulated. (Through mail-in stuffing and/or machine manipulation)

👉 That is the reason why the CVR data is so important. (We will cover all this in more detail over the coming weeks)

Today was day 1 of the political witch-hunt civil trial of Couy Griffin. A court in Santa Fe NM thinks it has the jurisdiction to declare Couy an insurrectionist. It’s a political end-around to remove him from office, ruin him financially, and indirectly affect the election audit bombshells coming out of Otero. The federal authorities declined to even charge Couy for such an outlandish claim.

After the criminal trial he was acquitted of any disorderly conduct and was slapped on the wrist for a misdemeanor. He prayed on the footsteps of the capitol building and never went in. Pray for the long haul. The judge and attorneys ought to be ashamed of themselves for this farce.

Another prayer for my other favorite cowboy James Charles Phillips. He’s a road tested traveler. Someone cleaned out his truck, which at times serves as his home on the road. Computers, work tools, etc. all stolen. Couy and James Charles are salt of the earth patriots. They don’t deserve this nonsense.

Well…i got robbed of all my carpentry tools, batteries and chargers …my leather tools ( and about $3,000 worth of product…so $8,500 all together) …my macbook laptop …my ipad …even my writing gear and family seal …

…and my hair clippers!!
