The Otero commission provided a majority vote to file a lawsuit against the NM SOS.

Abuse of power, gross negligence in her refusal to decertify the illegal machines, and a myriad of other issues can and should be raised.

Amen.

Second, the commission retained a majority vote to remove the drop boxes, Dominion machines, and do hand count tabulation. A majority held their ground despite threats of arrests and removal from office.
