Attached is a recent Federal District Court Texas Election case filed pro se by voters in many Texas counties (Travis, Dallas, Harris, Hood, Parker, Hays, Collin, Bexar, Tarrant, Williamson, Comal, Denton, etc)  https://dockets.justia.com/docket/texas/txndce/4:2022cv00576/364654

There are two main claims against the Sec. of State (Scott and Ingram) for waiving laws and county officials for violating those laws that were waived:
1)  Voting machines were not certified according to law, and
2)  Ballots are not numbered consecutively (they used claims from the ballot numbering letter to Tex. AG from attorneys, Roger Borgelt, Frank Dobrovlony, and Anna Eby).

After a mere seven months, the SOS has provided a response to our IPRA request for information on ERIC.

Looks like they withheld a lot of the requested public documents, but there are some very interesting things that we can turn in to action items.

First - ERIC is a sole source contract as the SOS claims there is no one else who can do what ERIC does.

Lucky for Maggie, there is now another firm who can evaluate voter rolls and this one was built by patriots. I'm sure the SOS will be very happy to consider the alternative system.

It's call the Fractal Programming Election Integrity System (FPEIS)

So come December, she better open this work up for bid or she may be in violation of the procurement code.

Second, it looks like each county had to literally buy in to the ERC system through a grant agreement between the SOS and the County Clerk.

What happens if citizens convince their individual clerks to withdraw from the grant agreement?

Sounds like a great idea, since ERIC hasn't made any county's rolls any cleaner.

Introducing "Keshel's Principle"

Captain K. pioneered the "party registration trend analysis" to expose counties that uncharacteristically bucked registration trends in the 2020 elections.

We carefully documented his methodology in the "How to Predict Election Results Using Registration Data" article.

When the population growth within a county is stagnant or declining. If one party makes record gains, it must come at the expense of the other party. (For the technically minded, this is nothing more than the law of conservation of energy applied to election dynamics, or in short "Keshel's Principle" 😊)

👉 Keshel's Principle:

- Between 2012 and 2016

- County has limited population growth or is declining

- One party begins making record gains

- Due to the lack of population growth, new registrations remain limited. (If there is any, it will be one sided)

- One party sees a large registration increase, which comes at the expense of another party. (i.e. people are switching party affiliation. As evidenced by Trump flipping the rust belt by winning 2 time Obama voters)

- All registration trends by party suggest continuation of this trend in 2020

Keshel’s Principle was defied in 2020 despite more serious trends showing large number of Dems switching parties.
