Mom is recovering VERY well. Energy back in her face, she can stand up on her own strength. She’ll be zooming along in no time.

Professor John Eastman is a good man and a constitutional scholar’s scholar. He had a strong influence on my former work as a law professor.

I had the honor to interview him last year. The corrupt DOJ and FBI are feverishly trying to maintain their crumbling hold on patriots through continued bully tactics. If legislators would have listened to Eastman in November of 2020, we would have never had Biden at the helm.

NEW - Trump's election lawyer John Eastman has filed court papers claiming that federal agents executed a search warrant on June 22 and seized his phone.

The DOJ's Office of Inspector General requested the warrant. OIG's statutory authority is to investigate wrongdoing by DOJ employees and contractors. Eastman is neither.

The government's warrant failed to provide “particular description” of seized items, as required by the 4th Amendment.

The warrant appeared to authorize seizure of “all info” contained on Eastman's phone. That is basically a “general warrant” authorizing Biden regime to rummage through and store his comms and records.

Wildly authoritarian.
