Reposting. Every NM commission needs to hold the line on election certification.

Dominion machines are not currently certified in compliance with the N.M. Election Code. In a letter dated May 28th, 2021, the SOS office advises Dominion, that they are unable to certify Dominion’s system under the most recent United States Election Assistance Commission Code (EAC). The EAC published and identified their most recent “Voluntary Voting System Guidelines,” as “VVSG 2.0.” However, the EAC has not certified any independent testing laboratories to perform the “VVSG 2.0” certification.

This is a major problem under New Mexico’s Election Code as written. “A voting system that does not comply with all requirements in the Election Code and the most recent voluntary voting system guidelines adopted by the United States election assistance commission shall be decertified for use in this state.” NMSA 1-9-7.4(B).

To practice law without a license (proper certification) is illegal.

To “stamp” engineering plans without a license is illegal.

To introduce evidentiary results from uncertified machines in drug or alcohol cases is illegal and reversible error.

To force the approval of election results from uncertified machines….. on threat of prosecution? How does that follow?

NM Supreme Court are tyrants who think they have the power to force certification of an election they have no faith in. Tyrants.

In less than 24 hours from the date of the SOS’s filing, the Supreme Court of New Mexico is ordering Otero to certify its election results. The court’s actions show a fundamental lack of due process. The Supreme Court did not address Dominion Voting Systems’ noncompliance with the election code, and are doing nothing more than providing a rubber stamp in forcing use of a machine designed to facilitate fraud.

An order to certify an illegal election is no order at all.

The greater question is what authority do local officials possess to ensure corruption free elections? If this decision is not challenged through local nullification, all power in the administration of elections is merely symbolic.

This is tyranny.
