The following is a conversation I had sometime ago on the state of the church in America. It’s not election audit related, but something many are wrestling with.

The Western Church is amid a tremendous shake-up, just like the world itself. While corruption and leadership failures glare at us around every corner, we have found what we recognize as "church" to be not much different. But just because official church leadership has mostly failed us in this pivotal moment in history, the true Church is reforming, regrouping, and reigniting to contend for truth and justice. Professor David Clements knows a thing or two about justice as a former prosecuting attorney and Law professor. Today, Professor Clements is on the front lines of the battle for integrity in our government and elections. Because of David's engagement in the war against lies, he needs strong Christian fellowship more than ever before. Where can such fellowship be found in the middle of disappointments and chaos?

BREAKING: Otero County refuses to certify primary election results!

Sandoval and Torrance Counties (New Mexico) are also deliberating on whether to withhold certification of the primary election.

We will be in Lincoln County tomorrow requesting that certification be withheld as the voting machines violate the election code.

Dominion machines are not currently certified in compliance with the N.M. Election Code. In a letter dated May 28th, 2021, the SOS office advises Dominion, that they are unable to certify Dominion’s system under the most recent United States Election Assistance Commission Code (EAC). The EAC published and identified their most recent “Voluntary Voting System Guidelines,” as “VVSG 2.0.” However, the EAC has not certified any independent testing laboratories to perform the “VVSG 2.0” certification.

This is a major problem under New Mexico’s Election Code as written. “A voting system that does not comply with all requirements in the Election Code and the most recent voluntary voting system guidelines adopted by the United States election assistance commission shall be decertified for use in this state.” NMSA 1-9-7.4(B).

Just when I thought a few quiet days may be in order, Dominion's hand picked politician, democrat Daniel Ivey-Soto, is making the rounds in a desperate attempt to convince county commissioners to not withhold certifications, despite the fact that our voting systems violate the law.

His actions confirm what I've been saying: The power to certify post-election results exclusively rests with the county commissioners.

Ivey-Soto has numerous conflicts of interest as Dominion's "inside" legislator.
